I have shopped at a Catherines in another city for years and always found great deals(sale items) and if I did happen to need something extra special I could count on them to have my size. but that did come with a high price tag. I went to this store hoping for the same as I as used to. the store is small and had several sales people standing around. I asked a question and the lady gave me the wrong information. she didn’t seem to want to be bothered to MAKE sure it was on sale. just said if it was on the sale rack it was on sale. not true. I was greeted by the salespeople but after that they seemed to loose their niceness. The sales were high priced and was disappointing… I will check it out from time to time but it sure won’t be my «go to» store.

Totally ridiculous! This company does not take back merchandise bought two days age by my wife! They were very rude and really had no explanation’ they just told her we don’t give refunds and take back anything bought from them! My wife will never go back there and we will let everyone else know in Facebook and all other internet pages! Lousy company and lousy customer service! What is this world of customer service coming to! Sell, Sell, herd them in Herd them OUT! No cares in the world about how s customer feels about their product and service!!!

I won’t shop here anymore. Deceptive advertising, poor problem solving, disingenuous apology. I came on 4÷27÷14 for the 40% off sale. Turns out it starts online 4⁄27 and I stores 28−30th. I was told that I could bring in my receipt the 28th(without clothing) for an adjustment. I came today for the adjustment… and Vicky(assistant manager) says she talked to person from yesterday and they can’t do it because it was already on sale. I asked for the number or email of store manager(Ginny) and she said they only have the store number and could not give her personal info(of course I wasn’t asking for personal info!). They also do not have numbers for corporate. So I get the items to return and come back to the store & Ginny acts like she knows nothing about the incident. She says she is sorry and that she will write it up or tell corporate. Again it seemed disingenuous. Most stores I shop at do a price change within 7 – 10 days with a receipt. If they make a mistake(give you the wrong info) then they make it right. This place doesn’t. I don’t buy a lot here. Clothes tend to be a bit bright and busy for my taste. I buy bras(my size is harder to find) & the occasional thing like a robe, black shirt, etc. I plan to check their related stores and see if they have the same policy. If so, I’m done there too. Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied.
