Bank of America

Came in to open a checking account, there way a guy in the middle with a iPad, he was busy with someone when I was walking in, than I just went to sit at the chairs where I thought you supposed to sit where you want to see a banker, there was one ahead of me. Reason for this review was I notice a line by the guy with the iPad after I seat down, he acknowledge them and had one white lady see a banker right away than sign in the guy two guy after her, so I went up to him try to sign up than he just left to the safety box to open someone else a box, than a another banker Juanita came up to me and sign me in, than after he came to me to ask if I needed to sign in which I did already. Than the Juanita banker try to get me in right away, but there was a black/​American girl that was ahead of me they didn’t even notice or acknowledge before, so I told them that she was before me. If you can’t do two things at once check people in and open a safety boxes than leave a damn sign in sheets so people can write their names down to see a banker. People that are waiting first are not acknowledge and people that just walk in are taken in first.

This branch does not provide nearly enough tellers for the volume of business that it does. Whoever manages the branch has done a poor job of anticipating customer flow and, as such, if you want to do your banking with a teller, prepare to wait upwards of 25 minutes.
My typical experience here has been lines up to the doors and one or two tellers working.
This branch is one of the busiest for the bank in the region and many bankers there have told me this. Yet they staff it as though they did half the business they do. The tellers and bankers are nice and know their jobs. The management is incompetent.

This bank and it’s company is ridiculous. Don’t bank here, go somewhere else. Can’t go into detail as Unilocal removes posts that tell too much detail. Just avoid this place.

Went in to change my name on my credit card. It was SUPER easy and fast. Juanita, the personal banker who helped me, was very friendly and efficient. She had me in and out in 10 minutes. That was faster than Wells Fargo and my credit union!

it is a bank and the people where just that bank friendly
did not thave a lot of answer for me since I dont have an account with them
but they were willing too take my money for the bill I was paying

Unfortunately, this is the closet B of A to me. It is old and run down. Alot of the staff are rude and sloooow. Have had lots of problems with this location. There are some tellers in the drive-​thru but I avoid this location if at all possible.

This is a good location due to the amount of headcount (eg. tellers, etc.) they have to support the local businesses. They recently added some bulletproof glass for added protection to the tellers (not sure this is a good thing, but it is federal way.) I am a big fan of Bank of America only because I believe our U.S. Government will bail them out if needed. Bank of America did our country two big favors 1) bought out Countrywide 2) bought out Merrill Lynch. Because of 1) and 2), they will not fail! One more thing, make sure you get your lollipop before leaving. Each teller window has one. :)
