Following a neck injury that curtailed a successful gynecological career of 27 years, our Medical Director Dr. Meena Nerurkar extended her healing and wellness expertise towards a new direction. While practicing allopathic medicine, Dr. Nerurkar used to see many patients with chronic medical disorders on several medications causing harmful side effects. Due to her upbringing in India, she knew that there were many alternate remedies to help such patients.

Her unforeseen retirement from conventional medicine gave her a chance to combine eastern wisdom with the western science in her med spa and Ayurveda center. At Renuv, patients are introduced to the wonderful world of alternative medicines and therapies. All the treatments at the Renuv med spa are geared towards avoiding harsh chemicals and aiding body’s own natural defense mechanisms to heal itself.
