Front bathrooms need cleaning badly. Store was clean. Better section of craft items for sewing and jewelry making would be nice.

Dirty store. Carts, like any other Wal Mart, are in bad shape, you have to fish around to find one that doesn’t «limp.» Cans. Banged and dented. Especially in pet food section. I have seen cans that look like someone whacked them with a machete. Took one to customer service once, they don’t understand that dented cans can let in air, thus spoiling the contents. After I showed it to someone there she said, «I tell someone…» and tossed it on the To Be Reshelved pile. Every time I need to to go in because it’s nearby I see banged up cans. Many times I have seen employees obviously on the clock walking around on their cell phones. If you do stop someone to ask where something is, they never have a clue. Unless it’s something like milk or shampoo, don’t bother to ask. The newer Food Lion down by 295 is much cleaner. Looking forward to the Harris-Teeter which will open nearby. Nicer employees, good variety of import foods and ingredients, and hopefully the Walmartians will just stick to their turf and give those of us who actually cook good meals a place where we don’t feel like we need to bathe after leaving. Today at this Wal Mart a homeless guy was sitting in customer service harassing people to use their cell phones. No one cared and security never came. I have also been accosted in the parking lot many times for people wanting handouts, trying to tell me they need prescription money, etc. Don’t go at night. Weirdos usually hanging out, suspected drug sellers and such. Only good if you need bread, copy paper, and socks right away and don’t want to make separate trips.

If there was a Target closer I’d go there, but there is only one Target in Fayetteville and this is not far from my house. 1. They have a way to go with ensuring that more registers are open during their peak times. They’re starting to do just a little better, but not by much. 2. I do like that they have the online grocery orders that can be picked up when you schedule a slot of time. 3. I don’t particularly like that some of the produce items are not consistent with other walmart stores — such as the large bags of Kale sold at the Spring Lake store, so when I need to restock I have to remember that I’ll need to go to Spring Lake. 4. Along with not stocking the same items as the Spring Lake store, some items are priced inconsistently as well. When I’ve noticed it with some items I’ve asked customer service about it.

You can walk around in here for hours and never find someone who works there. If you do find an employee they have no idea where to find something you need. The operator has no idea who to forward your call to when you have a question or need to speak with someone. THEREAREALWAYSTHREEREGISTERSORLESSOPEN! I have never seen the manager or any assistant manager. They must be hiding in their office or go home at 2 pm. It’s not that safe to shop here at night, either. One night I was getting in my car and a semi overweight person in security tackled a man with a case of beer. The beer didn’t make it and the guy ran off. And there are the people who stalk around the parking lot asking for money. Normally there is someone in security circling the parking lot, but not always. It’s getting close to Walmart on Skibo status.

Much better walmart. Bigger. Full of ad merchandise and not over shopped. Customer service is higher as well. It is worth driving to this one. Better selection of produce and food as well.

If Walmart is the only«supermarket» near you, check the expiration date on all the product you buy and make sure you keep the receipt! On three occasions I’ve brought home expired groceries, which were marked with a different date. One thing that I bought had been sitting on their shelves for more than a year. I tried to contact their corporate office, but unfortunately and predictably never received an answer. If you must, limit yourself to buying product that you don’t have to ingest, otherwise be careful of what you buy.

They need more registers open. I just go to the U-Scans because they never have long waits. This store usually has everything I need for all my household goods. Employees are never really happy but I guess that’s what you get receiving low prices. I can sometimes find better prices at Amazon.

I go to Walmart because their prices can’t be beat on so many things. This is the nicest walmart in the Fayetteville area– by far. It’s the largest, cleanest, and well… the least trashy.

The reason why I’m giving 3 stars is only because of the free samples. The prices aren’t that great, the meat department is too small with very few sales, and the aisles seemed cramped. I didn’t really notice any friendly employees and that’s unusual for Walmart.

I live about 3 minutes away from this wal mart so it gets a star for that & after going to other WalMarts in the area I realize that this one is one of the safest, fast, and offers a lot more than the other stores. The produce exceeds in quality & they have a larger variety of food in the international section. They are usually stocked pretty well & although the employees aren’t very friendly and helpful I can still always find what I need when I need it.

The Ramsey Street Walmart! So tonight I feel like we were discriminated against! My friend carries his leather bag with him wherever we go. When we arrived in Walmart there was a security lady paying absolutely no attention but one of the employees pointed over to us. Security came over and told him he can’t bring the bag inside, I told her that wasn’t fair there must have been at least 20 ppl in the store with bags. She said if he wanted to bring it inside she needed to check the inside. A total invasion of his privacy! So after being violated I called the store, according to the CSM there policy is to check bookbags so that when we leave they can glance to see if the bag looks more full than when we came in. However, when we left security was too busy talking and laughing with employees to even glance our way. I think their policy is completely foolish and sexist. If the policy is to prevent theft they should check every bag, stroller, baby bag, etc. It’s very offensive to be singled out and profiled because of the type of bag you like to carry and it’s not a good look to make your customer feel like you don’t trust them before they even enter the store! I asked to speak to the store manager apparently I have to wait 8 days before he returns from his meeting in Florida and the shift manager thinks I should call back because I assume they are too unorganized to see to it he calls me when he returns.

You are less likely to get shot or have your purse stolen here than at the Skibo Walmart. Super cheap prices as long as you don’t need customer service or don’t mind waiting for a while to check out.

It is really a sad situation when we I tell you that this is a SuperCenter and they have two lines open on each side during the busy days of the month. It does not matter what time you go there you are going to wait in line for at least 30 minutes. Most of the cashiers looked haggard and overworked or just plain unprofessional. What ever happened to saying hello to a customer and its not just me because I am in line long enough to watch them not bother to interact with at least 7 other customers. Management does not seem to care. It never fails that someone in line pulls out their cell phone and calls the store manager to request additional cashiers. Sad sad sad. I live across the street from this Walmart and I hate coming here. They have cleaned up the«ghetto» Walmart on Skibo and I drive over there if possible.

Way better than the ghetto Walmart where I live. They had everything I was looking for, and it was well organized. The store was very busy when I was there– parking lot full and long lines. They could probably use a few more cashiers, but other than that, no complaints.
