This place is awesome. Everyone greets you when you enter the door and everyone you meet here is very friendly.
This place carries everything you need in terms of juice, mods, RDAs, tanks, batteries, you name it! They’ve helped many of my friends quit cigarettes and they continue to do an amazing job of helping people get started. This place is very nice and clean, has lots of seats, a juice testing bar and charging stations so you can charge up all your batteries while getting a new build or picking out some sweet sweet Teleos!

My husband, sister and I have been vaping for about 1 ½ years and have been to about 4 different shops. When we walked into this one we didn’t expect much more than the average vape store. We were greeted immediately and told about Vapor Solutions and their history. When we expressed interest in buying a new juice Ben told us to have a seat at the vape bar and try some out. We sat down and Ben went through over 30 – 50 different juices, letting us taste them and giving us a description of the flavor. We at no time felt rushed or like a burden. After about an hour of chit chatting and tasting flavors all three of us bought new juices. (A couple which were made in house.) We were highly satisfied customers after that visit. When my Kangertech had some issues I brought it in and one of the employees helped me out with a couple helpful tips and we went on our way. We recently returned with two of our friends and the same customer service was given. We were helped by Ben and Legend (awesome name!). They answered all of our questions with no hesitation and helped us to get juice and new set ups. I can honestly say I will not go to another vape store again. I have found my vape home. Thanks again guys, you are the best. And I will definitely be back.

I have been to vape shops in the past but this has been one of the best customer services experiences I ever had. I never owned a vape of my own before and wanted to try one. Ben and Legend were very helpful and patient with all the questions me and my husband had. They werent pushy when it came to sales and were genuienly nice. The prices were reasonable and the had a large variety of juices to choose from. I built a custom vape and it wasnt to pricey. I would highly recommend this place ans this will be my go to store for the future.

Highly disappointed. I’d never recommend this place even to my worse enemy. Brought my my vape box there to be fixed. It was a simple thing. After 2 weeks when they finally returned my device it was not only not working but also scratched and missing the battery… And they were not even professional enough to take responsibility for it. Highly unprofessional! Stay away from this place.

This place is amazing! The staff are all friendly especially the head guy Jack! The amount of juice and equipment they had almost overwhelmed me at first, however with the extremely helpful and dedicated team behind Vapor Solutions DMV, they found everything that I wanted and tended to all of my needs with perfection, definitely coming back. One heck of a shop!

I’ve been to a bunch of vapor shops in the area and this one is by far the best. Not to say the other ones aren’t good, but Vapor Solutions (VS) stands above the rest. VS was the first vape shop I went to and is still the one I visit most often.
I started vaping about three months ago to help me quit smoking cigarettes. A friend recommended VS and took me there one night when they were fairly busy. The employees still gave me all the time I needed and thoroughly explained everything and advised me on what to purchase. Their first recommendation was more than I was willing to spend at the time but their second recommendation was one of their starter kits (Pro tip — go with the better setup right off the bat, you’re just going to upgrade anyways after you discover vaping is way better than cigarettes).
The kit was awesome and really helped convince me that there’s better alternatives to smoking than crappy e-​cigarettes or other smoking cessation products. I was dubious of vaping at first and if I hadn’t gotten a good product or had a good experience then I’d probably still be smoking.
They have a ton of flavors that you can sample, are extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they sell and how to get the most out of your gear. Their customer service is the best part of going to VS though. If you’re thinking of switching to vaping I highly recommend Vapor Solutions.
Side note — I was a pack to a pack and a half a day smoker and have only had 32 cigarettes in the last 3 months (the majority of which were right when I was transitioning — only 5 cigarettes in the past 2 months). Switching to vaping and the assistance of Vapor Solutions has saved me from smoking over 2200 cigarettes at this point.

I went here yesterday for the first time the place was nice very clean the guy was nice why I gave the 3 star was because the prices are much higher then other Vape stores for the tanks also the juice I wanted was out in a 3 nic so they had a bottle that was a 0 they said it was already premixed with a 6 was not happy about that plus it was not completely full if I’m going to buy I want a seal on it. Other then that it’s a nice place I’m sure I will give them another try in the future and hopefully they will be fully stocked the juices are the same price as everyone else’s from what I could tell

Awesome awesome place! I’ve been here a few times but the first time I came in people were very friendly. They knew what they were talking about and they had the most AWESOME DRIP TIP EVER! I got two Snorlax drip tips for me and my boyfriend. It was a cute Valentines gift. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and he knew I was khmer (Cambodian) so it was nice to know we had some common ground so it made me feel more safe in a way and that I could trust them. I know I’m such a loser. Lol but I really like it here.
Oh also they have point rewards and you get a little card that you use every time you spend a certain amount. Try this place out :)

They are pretty legit when it comes to retail stores in general. They are easily one of if not the best vape shop in the mid Atlantic. Awesome cloud comps and great selection of hardware and juice. They have awesome staff and are very friendly. I really like how Jack will go into serious talks about shit other than vaping and I actually get a lot from conversation lol but yeah they are awesome and anyone looking for a shop to call home this is the one. Plus they sponsor the best cloud chasing team around so who wouldn’t love them?! #timmywasmyfriend2015

I like the juice testing station. As I do still smoke I dont go through juices that quickly so I dont like spending money on juice I wont finish.

Jack and the fellas killed it again a lil coil build for the little boy RDA and some new juice.

I was recommended by a friend to come check out this shop. Being from so cal where we have vape shops at almost every corner you look and more up to date with anything with vapes. I decided to come check it out. The setup was nice, when I walked in I was immediately greeted and took a look around. First the I noticed was the wide selection of juices and mods. They carried pretty much most of the juices the shops in so cal carries which was nice, had lots of mods to choose from as well. Was helped by jack who helped me on choosing a new box mod and built it for me. I walked out a very happy customer and it felt like I was at any other local shop on so cal.

Staff is very knowledgeable! I recommend this place to any person looking for an alternative to tobacco products or just to hang out!

Coolest guys EVER! Get your vape fix here because they know exactly what they’re doing. Anywhere from beginners to pros in vaping, they’ve got it all here! The atmosphere is very welcoming especially with there «WELCOME TO VAPOR SOLUTIONSSSSSSSUHH» greetings! You’ll feel really comfortable transitioning yourself into a new trend and a solution to your smoking habits! I can guarantee they will take care of you. I drive all the way from Maryland just to visit these guys just because their hospitality is great enough, it’ll make you want to come back just to hang and talk! Love this place! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t pressure sell and it’s a relaxed atmosphere. I love that you can get your own custom juices and some of they’re house juices are bomb! They even held some of the atomizers that I wanted. This is why I keep coming back. Great customer service and no pressure to sell you some cheap shit. You gotta try making your own juice as it’s now a bad habit of mine. They build rdas and even show you how. This is a one stop shop when It comes to the vaping community. Well if you Vape or are a smoker looking to quit they will help you out!

This place is absolutely awesome!
All the guys that work here are super friendly and very welcoming, even to the newest to vaping. The first time I walked in I just wanted to experience what vaping was like, since I had been smoking for years. so I went ahead and purchased one of their starter kits, altogether coming to roughly $ 55. I got one of their custom blend flavors and fell in love with it. Like I said initially walking into the store I knew nothing about vaping, but instead of making me feel like a newbie, they were totally welcoming and very open about explaining every single process and step of the way as we went through my purchase. I ended up leaving a member of their point system and quickly saw myself back there 2 weeks later to purchase more coils.
Because of this experience, today I went in and purchased my first mechanical vapor. I love this thing, and vaping in general has help me to quit smoking altogether.
If any of the staff there reads this, thank you for your extreme welcoming spirits and for helping me get into this.
I’m not proud to call this place my vaping shop. Hands down, I’ll be back again and again.

I walked in having no idea what I was doing and walked out a confident novice. Staff was extremely helpful and patient as I tried different juices and learned about what would be good for shaking my old smoking habit. They have certainly won my loyalty as a customer after 25 minutes with a staff member only to buy an 8 $ juice. I’ll be back!

Top notch. Newest shop in NoVA. Clean, trendy, well appointed. Mods, Mods, Mods. And a great selection of accessories. E-​Juice? They have plenty. Juice bar to sample, build station to set you up, and plenty of space to lounge.
One area I am sure they just haven’t had time to catch up on since opening… their website. Item descriptions could use additional information to help the consumer.

After a very long wait, VS DMV has finally opened its doors! I was very happy to have been there for the grand opening! I got to have a few of my atty’s built out by their Cali crew and there was plenty of fun and prizes to be had. The design of the store is very well laid out, you enter and the retail displays are on your immediate right with an array of lounge tables/​chairs on your left. Continue down and their juice tasting bar is very innovative. I love the usb-​plug style testers they have hidden below the bar. Never worry about low battery like the traditional ego testers. They have an in house juice room for custom juices (i believe its still being finished up) but i got to finally try out their juices first hand. 100%VG! Plus a several premium juice lines!
The back half of the store has a rebuild station on thr left with chairs to sit while you wait. I loved the level-​finished battery chargers built into the counter! There are plenty of lounging areas and tvs to relax on if you want to chill.
OVERALL, definitely worth the wait! Glad you all finally made it!
