Stay away! Bunch of scammers. They charged me $ 120 for an oil change and for replacing my transmission fluid (and I brought my own fluid). Other places would charge me $ 75 for the same work. Also, the guy behind the counter is very rude! He yelled at one of the customers telling him to go back to his country, when he himself is an immigrant.

Sopped starting just near this gas station and its repair shop i went there to ask if he can have one of his mechanic to look it my car he rudely said we cant do that bring your car here. So i push my car with my friend help bring it just infront of its gate asked him again this guy rudely said we cant check it bring it inside i told him the car doesnt start we pushed just bring infront of the gate he said cant help you sorry. The manager so rude After this i heard from my friends they had issue with this guy too and they said this guy is really rude with customers. If the owner of this place reading this message you got fire him immediately otherwise you lose alot of your customer.

I never review gas stations. A few weeks ago I came here to pump gas. I swipe my card and the machine prompts me to go see the cashier. I do he tells me my card is declined and to call my bank. I am mortified. I ask him to scan it again because I know this can’t be right. He tells me to call my bank.
I do. I wait on hold forever. My bank says there is nothing wrong with my account or my card. I didn’t want to leave the station because my gas light was on. I go to another pump and fill up my tank. I walk into the store and the same cashier is fighting with some poor guy who accidentally broke a bottle of juice. The guy only had change he put his money on the counter to buy a new juice the cashier quickly took the money and told him that was for the other drink. That he needed to pay for.
I told him to check his machines after making another purchase (which miraculously my credit card worked for) and left.

Went here for emissions and state inspection yesterday. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Everything was fine and went smoothly. Cool, right? Gave me the slip to go pay…
I don’t know if the guy at the counter was the owner or not, but it is utterly RUDE to be on the phone when a customer is present and NOT either apologize or acknowledge the customer. He NEVER greeted me, took my slip and credit card, ran it and said, «Sign here»…all while still on the phone.
Too bad the friendly and knowledgeable technicians have to work with or for a rude jerk… could have received 5 stars. Dropped it down to 2 because of «Mr. Rudeness» behind the counter.

Bad experience.
One day this week, at dinner I asked my four year old how her day was, after telling me about her schoolday she said «A man yelled at mommy, they argued.»
My wife went in for what she thought was an inspection and oil change. When she came back there was mass confusion about what she wanted and they only did part of the service (though I found out today we were charged full price) and when she questioned the service he became hostile enough that a 4 year old took note. She ended up leaving even though he offered to finish the service another 30 minutes later.
I wasn’t going to call and talk to someone (and brush it off as him having a bad day) until I saw the charges.
I called, talked to the manager, who was not helpful and blamed everything on my wife’s not knowing anything about cars. He stated he never rose his voice,… but as he said this he was two decibels below a full-​blown yell. I gave up too. You win Shell, you win.
Some people just don’t practice civility and customer service anymore.

I am fuming with anger as I write this review and so whoever is reading this review might need to keep that in mind (in case you want to factor in ‘anger’ into my rating and decide for yourselves…)
Anyways, I took my car few weeks ago to have the routine oil change done. I own a Honda Accord Ex1998 with abt 140K millage (I know — no bragging rights there :)). We told the mechanic «Wilmer» that the car was getting jumpy (it hesitates, loses power then gains power all of a sudden… so the drive is all jerky). He diagnosed it and recommended that certain items be changed (which cost me close to a $ 1000, including labor). The manager specifically guaranteed that if all the items are changed, the car would be fine. I suspected that I was being over charged by the manager for the cost of the spare parts but I just hoped that I would not have to come back again once this is all fixed. Wilmer said the car was ready and I picked it up. Well, few days into the repair, we still had the same problem with the car… it gets jumpy and jerky and so I took it to them again. The manager told me that the car had other issues which was not diagnosed during the initial diagnosis and so I have to pay again to have it repaired. I was totally astonished and dumbfounded! How about the guarantee I was given in the first place??? And it is not as if the car had different symptoms. It was the exact same problem I had when I initially took it there! So I asked the manager how much it would cost me and he made calls to some dealers (and he made sure I don’t listen while he was coming up with some shady figures) and told me it would cost me another $ 590! I asked him how much the ‘part’ would cost and he said 400.03. I confirmed with Olympus later that it actually would cost only 230. That is when I knew that I had been totally ripped off by this manager — who have no customer service skills, gets all aggressive, loud and confrontational. I am taking my car to different auto shop and will never set foot again to this place but I hope that my experience would help others make a sound judgment before they go to this place.

To place is kinda slow, usually a little more than other gas stations. However they do have a partnership with Radley Acura so I suppose that makes sense. Either way I don’t think I’ll come here that often. Only if need be.

Took my car into this place after reading the great reviews. I was quoted a much more inexpensive price than the dealership I’ve been going to. They replaced my brake pads and rotors in a little over an hour and now my car is driving really great. James, the manager is very helpful and his staff are excellent. I would highly recommend!

This rating is for their repair and state inspection services. First of, no ripoff! The garage on the other side of the street wanted 800 bucks for some shock parts as a condition for their inspection sticker, and Shell was checking them and found no damage. I also had my 60K service done on my Jeep, and they were fast and inexpensive (around 100 bucks less than Chrysler Jeep, and no funny business with finding «problems» etc). Overall, it seems to be one of the few honest places that don’t «find» or generate problems to rip you off. They are getting 4 stars and not 5 only because they don’t call back when they are finished or need to check with the customer, instead the customer has to call them or drive there to see where they are.

They were really helpful and did a quick service oil change without an appointment. Also, a few bucks cheaper than Jiffy Lube! Thanks guys!

My coworker had her brake pads replaced here over the winter and was very happy with their service. Well, wouldn’t you know it my car recently failed an inspection and, dammittohell, I need four new brake pads. So I stopped in and spoke to the manager about an estimate, which was $ 100 less than one I got just a mile away. He also said that he’d have my car ready the same afternoon. And he delivered on everything. In fact, the whole thing only took about an hour. And I saved a little coin, cha-​ching! I highly recommend this service station. I mean, I even wrote a review of it and we all know reviewing gas stations sucks ass.
