Lisa Lisa Lisa. She was perfect! Super friendly, informative and listened very well to my needs.
The receptionist was insanely sweet and personable, I didn’t catch her name (black hair and young) she was pleasant to deal with and not annoying with sales at all!
Lisa definitely knew what she was doing, the second I told her the pressure was a little too much she corrected it to perfection. I’ll definitely be back.

First visit to this location and we had a great time. Did a couples message with my wife and from start to finish the entire experience was amazing. Front desk manager was very helpful and we had Shawn and Tricia who did our massages and both of us enjoyed them very much.
Read a review about «high pressure» sales pitch afterwards and we had none of that. Ownership has changed and the front desk manager — Courtney simply explained the feedback she received Shawn and Tricia and what they suggested as a possible follow up schedule. She then laid out various options if we chose to sign up for a monthly package and it was as simple as that. No pressure at all.
They are running a great holiday special right now so we took advantage of that!

I am very glad to hear of the new ownership. I really hope that this solves the customer service issues that folks had with the old régime.
I raised my star rating to 2 as I appreciate FINALLY being contacted from someone in the organization. Not sure that I will make a return visit anytime soon as I have found a great massage salon that I am happy with.

I received a massage from Shawn & a facial from Lauren last night. I have received many massages in my life and Shawn was extraordinary! He tended to all my aches & pains and really focused on my problem areas. His technique and touch was one of the best I’ve experienced, he has a great skill of deep tissue along with light relaxing strokes which is excellent for my fibromyalgia. He is very professional & I would recommend him to everyone! Lauren was also amazing! I’ve received quite a few facials and she is very talented. Lauren is very knowledgeable about skin and recommended products that will help! She kept me informed throughout the treatment which I loved! A+ service from them both and also to Courtney who was extremely helpful when checking out! Thank you Massage Heights Westgate!

I am very happy with the service I’ve received at Massage Heights. My masseuse of choice is Shawn, he is 100% professional and knows how to give a deep tissue masssage like no other. When I leave, I feel like I just left a physical therapy session.
