I came here for a massage — it was okay; not outstanding by any means, but decent. My issue is with the service I received at the front desk. At the end of my massage, I paid for my service in cash and included a 20% tip. The woman at the front desk immediately jumped down my throat about the tip, asking why I wasn’t leaving more. Apparently, she had told me the wrong total and didn’t realize it. So while I had tipped 20% on what she told me I owed, in reality it was not enough bc she had told me the wrong amount. No problem — mistakes happen. I’m happy to update my payment and tip 20% on the correct total. What bothered me was that she criticized and chastised me for my tip. I hate when people don’t tip enough, but my tip was 20% based on the bill she gave me! Not my fault she told me the wrong total. Rather than politely confirm that I had added in tip, or that she had told me the right amount, she assumed I was cheap, called me out and embarrassed me in front of other guests. Even if I had intentionally given a low tip, as a business owner, wouldn’t you want to check if something was wrong with my service?! That would be the logical reason why someone was giving a low tip — that they weren’t happy with the service. If I were the business owner I would want to confirm my customers had a great experience and do what could to fix it. Nope. Instead this woman implied I was cheap and called me out (even tho it was her error for telling me the wrong total!). Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Customer service matters to me and for that reason, I won’t be bringing my business here again. The massage certainly wasn’t good enough to warrant coming back to a place that doesn’t value its guests.

I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for years now. The only relief I experienced was through reflexology. My reflexologist retired about 10 months ago and I have been searching, on and off, since then for a new one. Today, I found her!
In dire need for a «tune up», I called this past Tuesday and got an appointment for today. I wanted to make sure that my treatment wasn’t just a glorified foot massage but a therapeutic one. I was assured that I could be fixed. My technician was named Cara. She was on time, as nice as can be, and very knowledgable. Although her method was somewhat different than what I was accustomed to, (and I’m not saying that was a bad thing… just different) she eased my foot pain. My feet haven’t felt this good in months! Seriously! I am SO looking forward to my next session!

I enjoyed a much-​needed spa day here. My husband had gotten me a rather luxurious gift card, wait for it – over a year ago, and I finally got the opportunity to go!
The service here is outstanding. First of all, I called on a Wednesday, and they were able to get me in for that Friday. They worked some stuff out and arranged the schedule so they could accommodate me.
The receptionist was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. Seriously!
Everything I had done made me feel amazing. A little chattier than I am used to, but that is ok. I usually end up mirroring the personality/​talkativeness of the person I am with, so if they start to talk, I do as well and then the conversation goes from there. Being that I spent so much time there I guess it would have been awkward if I kept quiet the entire time.
I got several services, but my favorite was probably this really cool skin brushing/​sea salt exfoliation and seaweed wrap. They put hot towels on me and then did a scalp treatment and it was so relaxing.
In general, a bunch of really nice people work here. I would recommend this spa to anyone! Thanks for the great day!

First I’ll speak to the service we had done. I took my daughter here on the recommendation of a friend because she was having neck pain and headaches and my friend said the massotherapy here can’t be beat. She was right! They were terrific! My daughter is 17 so I went with her and they came out and explained what they were going to do and what they thought was the issue. My daughter had never been through anything like this before and they made her feel so comfortable. What really impressed me was that they really tried to help my daughter and not just have us pay to keep coming back. They gave her suggestions on some lifestyle changes to make to help correct her neck and headache issues. We’ve been to other places where their only solution was to tell you to keep coming back and paying them money. That’s not the case here. They really want to help you.
As for cleanliness — this place was spotless. The entire time I was sitting there waiting for my daughter someone was cleaning something. In a spa that is very important all the time but especially in December when cold and flu season is in full force.
Another person wrote in their review that the front desk staff was not very friendly. Well, things must have changed between then and now because they were extremely friendly! The woman behind the front desk talked to me in between taking care of customers while I waited for my daughter. Everyone was so nice and friendly there. I can’t wait to go back and get a day at the spa for myself! Will definitely return!

I got a facial, Swedish massage and a mani. The facial by far was the best part, I just wish the girl doing it would have taken time to explain the products that she was using. The massage was ok, I think if i go back, I’d elect to get the deep tissue instead as the Swedish wasn’t intense enough, but that’s just a personal preference. The one thing I really didn’t like was all the kids running around. The receptionist had a 5 yr old boy up front with her who kept wandering back to the sitting area and the nail room had a bunch of little girls running around it who were there for a birthday party. Not a very relaxing experience. Me and my friends will probably try to find a different spa for our next outing.

Unilocal is how I found this place, so I wanted to return the favor and write a review. I am not your average spa person. I’ve never even had a manicure and especially never a message. I wanted to surprise my over-​worked boyfriend with a couple’s massage and picked through a few places to find this one. This place is hands-​down incredible. They make you feel relaxed from the moment you step in. They answered all my questions and honored all my stupid requests. Everything was incredibly private. I’ve heard horror stories of people being able to hear talking or commotion while they’re having their massages, but not this place. The massage itself was fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an intimate spa day!

This is a very nice spa. The Swedish Massage was amazing!
So, why only a four? The man who works at the front desk could take the initiative to welcome guests with a smile when they walk in and also thank guests with a smile (at least a sincere smile) upon leaving.
I’m not sure what’s «botanical» about this spa. That part left us a bit curious. Maybe just other services had a more «botanical» swing on things than the Swedish Massage.
Overall, it’s a nice spa, just a happier, friendlier, and more outgoing front desk person would be a plus and thus make the customer experience perfect from start to finish.
