I am a big fan of Payless. I always find such cute stuff here and for a cheap price which I like.
This location is kind of tucked away hidden near the entrance of the mall near Justice. There is always a great variety of shoes in all sizes that I browse.
Sometimes the sizing is a little off so I always make sure I try everything on before I make a purchase.
They also have cute accessories. I have gotten quite a few cute necklaces and bracelets from the store.
It is easy to find coupons and there is always a sale.
The staff are always friendly and helpful getting sizes or finding a store that has the size you want.
I will continue to shop at Payless for cute shoes, especially flats
