History
Established in 1979.
The practice was established in Fairless Hills in 1982. Dr. Byrne is a member of the American Optometric Society, National Glaucoma Society, and has been honored with the designation as one of America’s Top Optometrists each year for the past eight years. He is board certified in therapeutics and glaucoma treatment. A cum laude graduate of Allentown College (now DeSales university) and an honors graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Dr. Byrne has been a contact lens investigator for the FDA, trained medically in the Ophthalmology Department of the Wilkes VA Hospital and in contact lenses at the Morrison Clinic in Harrisburg which is now part of Penn State’s Hershey Medical Center.
