I was on my way to Les Schwab and drove by this place. I got stuck at the red light and looked over and saw the sign with the phone number. I called while sitting at the light. I got a quote over the phone and it beat the other place by over $ 200. I turned around and had new tires in 90 minutes. Fantastic prices and fantastic service. Nice guys!

Unbelievable. I came here because I got nails on 1 of my tire. Air got leak but not bad, still can run. I bring my car and they charge me $ 15 for fix, no problem. After done, on the way home the tire pressure light on again, I pull over and saw that tire almost gone out of air again (??). I bring my car back in immediately, they get wheels out and show me the tire got crack on side wall (inside). And I need to replace that tire. And cost me $ 200 for new and used tire for $ 50.
If the crack line on my tire was there before a nails, I can’t drive that much .
After fix nails, they gave me a crack line to get me buy a new tires .
Becareful when visit this store !!

I was coming from San Francisco and on my way to Sacramento when my tires started to shake. My tires had just been changed the day before and weren’t balanced so I dropped by The Tire Depot (after going to several other places who said they would take care of it the next day) and they hooked me up right then and there!

I stopped buy to price-​out 19″ LM reps & 16″ wheels for both my cars.
«We don’t have rims with your lug pattern.» Is the reply I got. «but I do have these
TSW’s» which where nowhere near the style I was looking for. Then the «salesman»
suggested I buy off of eBay?! I said okay then and left.

Just got a set of rims and 33″ tires for my truck. After shopping craigslist and other shops in town, for a couple weeks, these guys had the best prices. The dude to talk to is Ali, he’s the owner, if you talk to him he will give you a good deal. They were professional, good customer service, don’t know what all the other people with bad reviews were talking about. My dad also bought some tires here for his truck a few months ago and we are both happy with the level of service and good prices. They also finished the job in less time than expected. I would reccomend this shop to someone looking for cheap rims and/​or tires in fairfield for sure.

Had a blow out Thursday and had to throw the donut on sigh LOL! My pops told me check out Tire Depot and that was a «good look». They had me Rollin in less than 10minutes. Their prices on low pros was the cheapest I’ve seen or heard. If you need to get back online slide through the Tire Depot, a «real good look».

For some odd reason my tire was slowly losing pressure and when I mean slowly i mean suuppperrr slloowww. It took me a while to realize that it’d probably be in my best interest to get a new tire so I stopped here one early morning before I needed to make a trip to South City.
It was just two guys at the shop, a young guy and and older gentlemen. They took my tire off and submerged it into their well to find where the leak was coming from — turned out I ran over a nail. The hole was un-​patchable so I needed to buy a new used tire. While the older gentlemen was replacing my tire, I was able to chat with the young guy. He was really friendly and we started to talk about the car show I was heading to later that day. The tire was fairly priced — I was pretty shocked how cheap it was. Then again, I really don’t know how much used tires cost.
Service was nice. I’d recommend.

I do not know how anyone can give them less than 5 stars. I had a emergency, well not really just a car one, and I needed to get my wheels balanced ASAP. calling around, nobody was able to help me out in the short amount of time I had. I called The Tire Depot, they told me to come in and they can have me in and out in less than 20 minutes. i didnt care how much it was I just needed it done, surprising the cost was very reasonable and less than most shops. Customer service is the most important thing to me and they have defiantly earned 5 stars and my business for life!

horrible service. I should’ve known something was wrong when they offered «texting» services.
I had found their ad on craiglists and was interested in a set of BBS-​LMR rims they had for sale. They also had a number to text so I went ahead and did that because its most convenient. The first guy I talked to, we agreed to meet the next day with a set price. The second day I texted back to reconfirm, I was texting a different guy which I thought was weird, so I reconfirmed everything with him and he quoted $ 50 more than what I had yesterday, I gave them benefit of the doubt. After work I was going to make the 2 hour drive up to pick up the rims, I get a call from them saying their tire machine wasn’t working properly and they couldn’t mount the tires on the rims, I had told them you have 2 hours to figure something out while I drive up. The person I talked to said he was actually going to a meeting in San Jose next day so he will just drive it down here for me. I agreed. The next day I texted to ask for that guy, apparently he had quit his job and worked somewhere else. I was irritated by now, but I asked for another quote, they quoted me $ 200 higher than the last quote.
Forget this place, unprofessional about everything. They sounded so amateur over text and phone, I was serious on my end to give out cash for your product, but you failed to deliver satisfaction three days in a row.

i just called these guys for some help on rims. i have $ 5000 cash to spend on rims and was asking a simple question for a quote before i come down and waist my time. the guy keeps telling me to come down and i just wanted a simple answer if he had the rims i wanted or if he could get them ect. he kept cutting me off and repeatedly said just come down and i couldnt get a word in! then he hung up on me!!! if he only knew i had the cash and wasnt looking for a deal because i already knew exactly what i want and im ready to order and just wanted to buy from some one with great customer service he couldve had my business. im stunned how rude they were and just seemed like hustlers. i wouldnt recommend going there

Completely unprofessional business ever. Don’t even bother calling this place. They quoted a price for wheels and tires. I agreed to the deal. Told them I would come to their shop to buy, which was 1.5 hrs away from my house. Not only did they not have the product in shop, also tried to charge $ 200 more on the exact same wheels in a different coat. Not even worth the time spent over the phone.

I noticed my tire was a little flat when I went to my car this morning. I found a nail in my tire and decided to look on Unilocal for a business to repair it. When I saw the one and only review for this place, but a very good review at that, I decided to give it a try,
I passed a few places just to get to The Tire Depot. When I arrive there was no one in the «garage» So I parked my car, got my son out of the car seat, walked into the place and asked if they repaired tires. There were two guys sitting in there chatting away. So he came out to look at my tire, and he agreed there was a nail in it and told me to come back in half an hour and he’d take care of it for me.
Like really? There was not one single customer there, and there’s two of you. You really didn’t want my business. Well thanks to you guys I drove away a bit angry. I rather pay more, and get better service, and quicker service at that. I drove a few blocks down to Les Schwab. The previous reviewer said they got it for free when it was supposed to be $ 10 bucks.
Well, I paid $ 12 to repair my tire at Les Schwab. Not only did I get a friendly greeting when I walked in, but they were happy to help me. He told me 30 minutes, when it was less than that. They have a waiting area with chairs and a tv, as well as free popcorn and coffee! But I didn’t wait long enough to have to help myself to any of that.
Thanks, Tire Depot, for losing my business, I hope everyone reads this and decides to go elsewhere.

I discovered a screw in my tire that wasn’t leaking air but was I need of repair. I wasn’t sure how the process worked, so I made some calls over my lunch break and the Tire Depot was the first place I called. They quoted me $ 10 and it would be fixed in 10 minutes. Can’t beat that! So I also called Big-​O tires on N. Texas and they quoted me $ 20 and I would need to give them about a half an hour. The next day at lunch I had my wife meet me at the Tire Depot… I figured I’d give them a try. She beat me to their location by about 5 minutes. By the time I made it, The Tire Depot had removed the screw, fixed the hole, found a second nail in the same tire and fixed that hole. When I drove up they were checking the air in the remainder of the tires and topping them off. Incredible! How much do I owe you I asked. Nothing was the reply. Zip, Nada, zilch. He gave me his business card and told me if someone needed new tires to send them his way. Will do!
