Very bad service! Didn’t put my caps back on my rims, one came off. I went back a day later to see if they had it. He said no and maybe someone stole it! Really Sir you didn’t put the cap back on correctly! So than he goes to say you Black always acting crazy. Really sir your skin color is darker than my mines. Needless to say he made a racist comment and that did sit well with me. They will never get my business or any other person I know in Fairfield! I couldn’t believe he said that!

I recommend not coming here for an alignment, I originally came to get it aligned because my car kept leading towards the right and after leaving it started leaning to the left. When I came back to complain he told me their was a bubble in my tire. I was pissed for the fact he let me drive with a messed up tire n only told me after the fact and tried to sell me a new tire, so I asked to either get my money back or or get it aligned right and he didn’t want to do either. He wanted me to purchase a new tire which I felt this guy was unbelievable. So after getting cussed at and got the cops called on I was able to get my money back. I then left and got tire checked somewhere else where I was told their wasn’t anything wrong w it. Highly recommend you going elsewhere.
