Red Mango

This was THE most disgusting smoothie experience ever. Creepiest place and the couple who seemed to be the owners were fake nice and not clean. I am a regular Smoothie King in Orange customer and Robeks in downtown Fairfield customer. Both are incredible and clean and their smoothie product is well worth it. The woman at Red Mango declared that there was no sugar in the restaurant. Total and outright lie! When I called her on it she acted dumb and because she is from another country she could not understand that turbonado is sugar and all the candy and yogurt is loaded with sugar. I should have just walk d out. I ordered a large power smoothie and an unkempt bearded man made it behind a red curtain, I kid you not! It was over 7 dollars and was the same size as the better place’s small. On top of that it was a slushie of flavorless brown ice that I chucked into the garbage at a gas station. The place smelled of body odor, was filthy, and disgusting. Fairfield inspectors should shut this place down. No one with any Fairfield kind of integrity or class should have to have this place in their town. Sad! Go to Smoothie King in Orange or Robeks in Fairfield! Great and clean and professional.

Red Mango on Black Rock Turnpike is my favorite! Rose is such a sweetheart, and truly cares about her customers. I recently did the 3 day juice cleanse, and ended up buying two extra days because I loved it that much. The juices are all fresh and absolutely delicious, and Rose is very accomodating if you wanted to swap any of the juice ingredients with another veggie or fruit. Every morning, my 5 juices were ready on time for pickup. I felt amazing by day 5, and would recommend the Red Mango juice cleanse to anyone who wants to reset their body and mind.

Great new spot in Fairfield! Amazing Smoothies & sandwiches — they use top-​quality ingredients & it shows when you taste the food! The fresh juices are truly incredible as is the ambience!
They are so much more than a froyo shop. I think of them as a fresh juice shop first, Smoothie stand next, then a tasty flatbreads bakery & lastly as a quality Froyo shop:)
The Froyo is great as well and the Chocolate Gelato is their best flavor!
But in this review I especially want to write about their 3-​day Detox cleanse special .I have done 3 detox cleanses with them over the last month. I have lost over 20 lbs and haven’t felt this good in a while! The juice combos in their detox are all extremely tasty and I strongly recommend that you don’t eat anything else (other than drink the 5 set juices) during the 3-​day detox. As for the rest of the time when you’re not doing the detox just watch what you eat —-and I promise you the pounds will melt away and as a bonus you’ll have a ton of energy to spare. BTW I didn’t do any exercise as I have a back injury that has prevented me from strenuous activity the last 3 months or so. My sincerest Thanks to Rose and her amazingly gracious family !!

Love this place! I did one of their juice cleanses and I absolutely loved the results! Had so much energy and the juices were so yummy I never felt hungry or deprived! Their smoothies are also fantastic! Try the pomegranate banana, it’s delicious!
Awesome atmosphere and the owners are very nice and always offer great suggestions based on your mood or your needs!

No words to describe how warm and attentive the service is here at Red Mango. Came in for a yummy buffalo chicken flatbread for dinner and just couldn’t resist a little yummy banana cake froyo for dessert!

Red Mango is the BEST! Rose is so wonderful, and all of the food is absolutely amazing. I’ve had their juices, smoothies, frozen yogurt, and flatbreads, and each item I try is more delicious than the last! :)

LOVE!!! This place is a gem! The fro-​yo is great but there’s so much more than that! You can get breakfast, smoothies, sandwiches, coffee, tea– everything! It’s delicious and healthy!
I went in for the first time today with my friend who was adamantly opposed to frozen yogurt but changed his mind after trying the samples.
The woman working there is the sweetest person ever. She’ll customize your order for you if you’d like. She even caters! (Perfect for office events). The options here are the perfect alternative to unhealthy foods like pizza because they’re delicious and fairly priced.
There’s also a nice seating area with wifi! It’s a great place to get work done.
If you’re in the area, I strongly suggest stopping by! I can’t wait to go back!

My favorite yogurt in town. Delicious varieties of yogurt and toppings ever. You can eat inside or they have tables outside!

The service was excellent. I had the watermelon sherbet with lots of gummy bears and the fruit balls– whatever they’re called. The sherbet was not too watery but didn’t leave a stain. The service was above expectation. A brown brunette woman (I don’t know her name) offered us samples and insisted we have more. DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR SAMPLES! Try their smoothies. I had a mango-​pineapple one for a sample– it tasted like bananas. DO NOT HAVE THE ICE CREAM THATS SUPPOSED TO TASTE LIKE LIKE LUCKY CHARMS– hint: it doesn’t. If you go to Fairfield University, red mango is a MUST. It has comfortable seating with a good quality flatscreen TV. There are 6 leather chairs and several plastic stools. On a quiet day, it’s good for groups. I think there is a bathroom.

YUM! Just Yum! This place is clean, staff is friendly & the froyo is delicious! They also have smoothies, juice, protein bars, salads, sandwiches. etc! I had a coupon for this place and decided to check it out & I’m so glad I did! Modern set up & they really make you feel at home!

It is so easy to bash places. Red mango represents what is goo din business. hardworking, honest entrepreneurs who give back to the community every day, and just want to succeed. Very few businesses nowadays are owner operated, especially franchises. Rose and her family are a welcome addition to fairfield and I will support all their cheeriness and willingness to service our community. They are part of it. Kudos and everyone, buy their yogurt.

Red mango is an amazing place not only is the staff super friendly but the food is fresh and delicious along with their frozen yogurt, smoothies and healthy detox juices!!! I love coming here it’s such a great atmosphere, they really make you feel very at home!!!

Tried their frozen yogurt bar. Just «okay.» I prefer 16 Handles even though it is run by college and high school kids. Atmosphere at Red Mango is low key and not the cleanest.

This place is amazing for so many reasons. The owners are amazing, they are super friendly nice and willing to let you try anything. The shakes are great and they are very reasonably priced. And did I mention that everything tastes amazing? Next time you are in the area, stop by and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Great flavors and plenty of topics to choose from this fro yo location is amazing. The couple who runs the Red Mango in Fairfield are seriously so nice, and did an amazing job decorating this location for Valentines day (they did a great job making it feel like home)

Ok I understand that this is pretty much like any other self-​serve FroYo place… but the people working there were the most friendliest people in the industry. Plus the place is new and is very clean and has plenty of seating/​lounging area to enjoy the treat.

Never tried Red Mango before since I’m a California boy so stopped by one day to check this place out.
The location is relatively new, i think late Nov. 2013 opening. The place looks nice and very clean. They have music playing that gives the place a hip vibe with ipads station in each booth and a tv on the wall.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. He actually took the time to explain the concept and how to achieve the perfect froyo experience. He was more than happy to give us sample cups to try out the different types of yogurt. So don’t be shy and try out the different flavors.
Now on to the yogurt. They are true to name. The description of the flavor is exactly how it tastes which is awesome. Each flavor card says the characteristics of the yogurt which is pretty cool.
Next come the topping from fresh fruit, cookies, candies, fruit boba, nuts and syrups.
They also sell smoothies and parfait that are made right before you. You also have the options of adding boost and customizing everything. Next time im gonna have to try a smoothie.
So if you like frozen yogurt check out this location. You will for sure enjoy the yogurt and friendly staff serving you.
