Great pizza. I went with a sausage, bacon, and extra cheese pizza. Splendid. Ambiance is lacking. But, you go for the pizza. Enjoy. Great oven fired pizza.

Off night? A Monday, ordered to go — well done. Turned out to be undercooked and less chicken than previous times. Disappointing considering the price and requested well done.

if your a real itilian and you know good pizza. i have been going too pepes pizza since i was 8 years old and you know what that means an extremely long time since im 47yrs old now. Pepes pizza is a long lasting family tradition and one of the top 5 pizza places in the united states. with their #1 location and first in new haven ct on wooster street i remember when i was 8 yrs old and with 20 family members and we got to pepes and their was a line 30 people deep i remember me looking at my dad he said patience is a virtue. he was right we waited 1 hour sat down sand ordered 5 large pies it was worth the wait we finished them all in 20 minutes so light and thin with the perfect dough sauce and cheese now they have expanded to many locations i go their at least 20 times a year but still the best is their first in new haven your pizza is legendary and always will be thanks for the best pizza and great family memories Thomas P. I am not satisfied. Sent my husband out to pick up pizza… Ordered pizza with broccoli and mozzarella and he came home with plain cheese… They said they wrote cheese on the ticket… When I clearly said broccoli. They said we could buy another pizza which was unacceptable so I said no and hung up. The cheese pizza was nothing special and unhappy with the service. Not good brick oven pizza. We will not be returning. I didn’t ask for a refund or another pie because it wasn’t worth the argument… It’s ok to make mistakes but own up to it and try to fix it. That’s called good customer service which this place lacks.

Came to Pepe’s Pizza in Fairfield at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. No wait and was seated immediately… However it took an hour to get my order and the waitress was very rude. Great pizza but would rather do take out next time. Poor experience.

Good pizza. Arguably in the top five in the Fairfield-Bridgeport area. Ambiance, wine selection is lacking, which is fine. It’s a bring-the-family kind of place. Last night, however, we had an odd experience. After working and shoveling snow all day, we headed over for dinner. The manager was sitting in the front room doing some paperwork. He said sit anywhere. We went to the back room where a large table was just being served. It was 8:00 pm. and despite 6-in. of snow in the morning, the roads were clear. I guess some of the staff was hoping to close early and was not happy to see us. The guy who I took to be our waiter, took it a step further and slammed something down behind us. It was clear he was hoping for an early night. We asked if something was wrong and he muttered no and tossed two menus on the table. We walked right out. Normally the service is friendly at Pepe’s so this was a shock — and a reflection on the manager in my book. We went to a nearby pizza place… Firehouse in Black Rock to find a lively bar and excellent pizza. We won’t be going back to Pepe’s for a while, if ever.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. I only wish I took the time to slap the girl at the counter for being such a little shitter. I have not been back, and never will return. Every time I drive by I feel like egging the place.

It’s no Pepe’s(new haven). But its solid. Still, nothing beats Roseland.

I’m a fan but i wish they could cook the pizza just a bit more. This is a place I can rely on for good quality and never feel that I wasted my money. Enjoy.
