Food is great, my waitress was great, the bartender was just a miserable person though… I get that your busy during sunday night football, And she should have had more help but she didn’t have to be so rude to every single person. Gee, I’m soooo sorry I ordered a drink!

Love this place! They have Angry Orchard cider on tap, and 25 cent wing night is great. It was 10c wing night before, but 25c for a wing is still a deal — and the sweet and sour wings are awesome. The pizzas and burgers are good as well. Definitely prefer Vinny’s to Archie Moores. The staff is always super nice and accommodating. For run of the mill Pub Food, this is about as good as it gets.
Plus, the bartender/​manager came to my rescue one night when I was driving home from work and my car spontaneously caught on fire as I was driving past — some kind of electrical fire. They ran out with fire extinguishers almost faster than I was able to pull over and get out! They called emergency services for me and definitely saved the day — without those extinguishers things may have gotten a bit more explosive to say the least!

The worst served Guiness pint I have ever had. They might as well have been serving me a Bud light draft, zero knowledge and care in pulling a Guiness, not once but twice. The attitude from the waitress was boarderline hostile. Don’t you just hate getting that threatening look from a fricking waitress? There are much better places with friendlier servers in the area.

Great food — great beer — great service — great bartenders — who can ask for anything more. Hofbrau on tap! Buffalo chicken wraps and tacos awesome. All burgers are great

My mother and I like to go out to dinner here often so much so that the waitress remembers what I order. They have great deals on beer and wings during the week which is cool I’m not a sports oriented person but they always show whatever game is on that night. The only complaint I have about the place is during the winter the dining room is always freezing.

Bar on Fairfield av, pretty nice for a beer to relax for an afterwork. This is no a fancy place at all but it is cozy.
Surprisingly, we had dinner there as well and the food was great. Took burgers which were definitely very good.
I recommend it for people looking for an easy dinner, reasonably priced, with good food or for an after work or night out.

How can you not love this place? The bartenders are great. The food is cheap and greasy. And the managers stay out of your way.
Now granted, I’m only here from 10pm to close, but I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m definitely a regular and they treat me very well here. The bartenders really pay attention to you and make sure that glass stays full.
This is a sports bar but it stays classy. I’ve never come across any riff raff or scalawags. People are polite here — I’m talking about patrons.
If you have a big group, then bring them. Parking is a bit limited. Restrooms are kept up well. They serve food late every night.

Went there last weekend with the family. We ordered wings as an appetizer. Since when are wings mostly baby drumsticks… not very meaty… Had a burger. not much taste… fries soggy.

So disappointed. I’ve been here in the past and took my friends up Georgia for the Tuesday night wings special (which are now 50cents/​wing) and according to my friends are good…(I’m vegan) but the service was so embarrassing and horrible. We sat at the bar and had Mike, the bartender. As soon as we sat down he said «I need your debit cards bc I’ve never seen you before». Did I miss something or is it policy, or rather tasteless, to state that because you’ve never seen a costumer that you need their card to hold before they order anything? Maybe so here. We observed otherwise through the night so that was certainly off putting. Yes, we are the only Hispanics at the bar but I would like to think it is not because of this but I can’t deny that it certainly seems like it.
In conclusion, our experience was horrible and made us feel uncomfortable but according to my friends the wings tastes good but not enough for them to return to such circumstances
I for the fries. Gross! Tastes worst than a fast food fry.

Don’t order any hamburger here. Got the worst case of food poisoning in my life from the burger I ate here. When you get that sick you don’t forget and I haven’t been back since. Just don’t trust it.

As a Black Rock local, I try to give all local businesses a chance. We decided to try wings again but on the actual .25 cent night. Compared to my last visit, this was a much better experience. We ordered the same wings and they came out looking and tasting like wings should. However, we ordered fries and were told twice that they were coming out any minute. Finally, after finishing our wings, we reminded our waitress who was quick to remedy this problem. Overall, we were happy with this experience at Vinny’s. We feel that the food is still inconsistent though based on the night we visit.

Love this place. Simple atmosphere with great food and a fine selection of adult beverages.

Awesome place. Great neighborhood spot. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was very good for a burger joint. Always love coming back.

Had a nice Happy Hour get-​together with a longtime friend. Drank a brew and split a Chicken and Cherry Pepper Pizza (which was delicious). Paid $ 11 excluding tip. Very spacious ale house great for several occasions (big group meetup, one on one happy hour, date night, etc). I’ll be back for their 20 cent wing night for sure!

Love this place! It’s like Colony Pizza in atmosphere and pricing but without the insanely long wait for a table. Their pizza quality is extraordinary for individual pies (try the pear & Gorgonzola, you won’t be disappointed), and they have daily specials on desserts, meals, and pies. For a place that’s a casual sports bar, the special desserts have been fabulous too.
The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is for the occasional slow service and tricky parking situation.

I’m giving this a five star review only because it doesn’t pretend to be anything that it’s not. But for what it is, it’s really good, reasonably priced, and comfortable. They have a really strangely addictive salad pizza. Really good. I actually want one now! The blonde bartender/​server is so nice and makes a great espresso martini. Definitely nice for a casual night out.

Checked this place out recently for happy hour. The space is great — I remember when it was the Ash Creek Saloon years ago — brick walls, a big circular bar in the middle, red leather banquettes, and chalkboard menus and Italian themed posters on the walls.
Good draft beer selection and typical pub menu – burgers, wings, ribs etc.
It happened to be a Tuesday so I took advantage of their weekly 20 cent wing special — how awesome is that?! They would still be a good deal at 50 cents but please don’t raise the price. $ 1 off drinks from 4 — 7.

I have passed Vinny’s many times and finally decided to give it a try. Since then it has gone into the rotation of local casual places to go when all I want a good nice cold beer, good burger and to relax and pass the time watching some sports. They are well known for the 20 cent wings (tues) and for good reason because they have an excellent variety of wings and in my opinion better they are better than Archie Moore’s.
I have been a few times now with friends and while it seems like they have a good following it is never seems too crowed that I had to wait very long to find a spot to sit down. With the Baseball season now upon us I am looking forward to sitting in the bar and kicking back with a cold HB (Hofbräuhaus beer) while watching the Yankees. If you have not been its worth giving it a try.

I like this place, been a few times. It has a great bar — big and round! Plus pretty consistent food choices, the wings are really good here! And a pretty good beer selection on tap, great for watching sports and enjoy the atmosphere. Every-​time I’ve been — the atmosphere has been good, a few times we even had to wait for a table, which I believe is a good sign.
Its a good place for a beer and some pub food!

Not really a fan.
Food is just typical bar food– nothing to write home about. I’ve had the chicken wings, salads, fries & nothing impressed.
The servers are spandex wearing, 2″ acrylic nails, gum chewing types (yikes!)
The «clientel» leaves a lot to be desired. Low rent!
Not a place I’ll be spending my time in or my $ @.
