Variety of stone choices, light weight, and durable. The work was done on a professional manner and on a friendly note. The installers, Serapio, the perfectionist and his assistant Hugo are very proficient We liked how it turned out, very nice.

Serapio and Hugo left our house a couple hours ago. They just completed the installation of our BEAUTIFUL kitchen and bathroom countertops. I thought I walked into someone else’s home I was so amazed at what I saw (our 28 year old counters were pretty bad).
Serapio and Hugo were very professional the 3 days they were here. Everything was kept neat and clean, they really care about their work and it shows. Stacey was great with the details, answering our questions in a timely manner and scheduling of the work was perfect. The customer service at the shop was great too. I would recommend Granite Transformations to anyone looking to install new countertops. You won’t be sorry.

From our initial contact to the end of the job, this was a very professional experience. Len, our salesman, was friendly and informative, but not high pressure. He helped us a lot with the design, suggesting a mosaic inlay that resulted in a striking effect in our master bathroom. The craftsmen who installed the product (Serapio and Hugo) were extremely careful and exacting. When one piece did not line up well (perhaps a result of an error at the template stage), it went back to the shop to be re-​built. Serapio is particularly talented with a wide skill set that by now probably includes licensed plumber. All of the people who came into our house were very careful to protect carpets and floors and everyone cleaned up very well afterwards.

Nice product and less demolition than other options — this is my second Granite Transformations job.

I agree with the other posts – this company is tops! Len, the salesman who helped with design, Crystal in the office with her immediate responses and reminder calls, Paul with cabinets who went above and beyond, and the countertop guys (sorry, forgot their names) – everyone was completely friendly, helpful, prompt, respectful, and did an outstanding job. You can tell this is the sort of company who screens their employees and backs their products. They paid attention to details, didn’t cut corners, and even though there were some hiccups (a missing part, or a piece cut a little off) – THEY were the ones to point it out and fix it. They didn’t wait and hope I wouldn’t notice – they took action right away to fix mistakes and make sure the job was done right.
In fact – my stove got a little dent in it while they were doing the work: all I had to do was mention it, and they ordered a new part, no questions asked. The owner of the company came out to replace the part and make sure I was 100% satisfied. Again – this wasn’t a struggle to get it taken care of. Accidents will happen – there’s no question that things won’t go exactly as planned, but from start to finish, everyone was professional and worked hard to go the extra mile in terms of customer service and a quality job.
Plus: BONUS! It was faster and cheaper than any other quote I researched. Amazing!

We had our kitchen cabinets refaced by Granite Transformations. The design consultant, Len, was very professional and we did not feel pressured.
The installer, PAUL AUBIN, did an excellent job! We had 2 cabinets that required modifications. They turned out great. He was very knowledgable about the work, verified the appliances fit perfectly and made sure the cabinet modifications were built strong. He was courteous, kept a neat work space and was on time each day. We would definitely recommend Granite Transformations and especially the installer, PAUL AUBIN.

So simple, little fuss and the end result is amazing.

I can be very difficult to deal with from time-​to-​time because I am very direct when dealing with people. The sells guy Ross and I did bump heads. However, the quality of the work and the transformation of my kitchen and wet bar, I must say the workmanship was outstanding by Kevin and Leo who did my installation. They were very professional completing the job in 2 days, and yes focus to detail. In fact, I ‘Tip’ both of them to show my appreciation. I would recommend Granite Transformation. Take Care…

Had an amazing experience from start to finish. got new countertops and refaced all cabinets, with new drawers and doors in our kitchen. salesperson was a dream, let us into her home to see her countertops and another customer’s home to see the cabinets and drawers, was patient with our many changes. installers were professional, timely, great workmanship, awesome job. several custom redesigns involved. product is terrific. incredible value for the money especially (was way cheaper than other companies). entire project on time, on budget, no hassles, very happy with the result. would highly recommend them to anyone

We love our new kitchen countertops and re-​faced cabinets. The countertops, new sink, new faucet and plumbing were installed in one day, and the cabinets were re-​faced in 4 days. Our cabinet installer was Greg Wilson, and we can’t say enough good things about him. He was professional and meticulous about his work. He arrived when he said he would and worked all day. We thought enough of his work that we asked specifically for him, when we had all the other cabinets in our home re-​faced a month later. The new cabinets and countertops really have updated the appearance of our home. When there was a slight misunderstanding about the contract prior to the rest of the cabinets being re-​faced, the owner of the business even came to our home and we resolved it. Everyone we worked with was helpful and professional. We can heartily recommend Granite Transformations.

This company did our kitchen and bathroom counter top. From the beginning to the end, they were professional, helpful, dependable and in the end, left us with a fabulous upgraded look. We are delighted with this product and highly recommend .We even got a new stainless steel kitchen sink. Like the reviewer above said, there is little disruption to your life. They come one day with samples of colors and styles and give an estimate, return to measure to make the molds, then return to put the sink in and the molds in place. We still can’t believe the difference. Plus their prices are reasonable.

Overall we were pleased with the work they did. They covered our existing old tile counters with their product. The end result looks good and it did only take one day to do. There was some dust involved, though, as they had to cut out the old sink and take an edge off the counter to make it fit. I would have liked to have seen them use dust covers etc. to protect the surrounding house. I found a few areas where they missed vaccumming up the sawdust. Their plumber did try to reschedule on us for a different day but I put my foot down and said no way, that we were promised that this would all be completed in one day. He did eventually make it out that afternoon to hook up our faucet sink and disposal.

We just had our kitchen counter and sink replaced by Granite Transformations — what a fantastic upgrade to our kitchen, and with a minimum of fuss.
The product is a granite composite overlay that is glued down to your existing countertop. This means no demolition, no dust, grime and chaos for a week or whatever it would take to completely replace the counter. They also handle replacement of sinks at very reasonable prices and coordinate the installation and plumbing with the countertop install.
The sales consultant who came to our house to give us our estimate was knowledgeable and made some great suggestions that we ultimately worked into our design. The template process and installation happened on the promised schedule by professional, personable technicians. Very impressive overall.
It’s definitely a high-​end product — while I didn’t price out what it would have cost to demo our existing counters and replace them, what you’re really saving here is the cost to demo… the per-​square foot cost is probably around the same as a high-​end granite. But, in the end it was really amazing to see our kitchen transformed in only 5 hours. I’m a happy camper!

This company is a life saver. Fabulous management, fabulous installers, fabulous sales people on and on.
They did my kitchen, new sink, took the old one away, redid my fireplace, and all in one day. The kitchen took 6 hrs and the fireplace was finished the next week and was done in 2 hrs. I mean a brand new granite counter top beautifully edged and finished. In addition to a brand new
Stainless steel sink! They even fixed the plumbing underneath so it was more efficient both space wise and water pressure wise! No getting torn up in the kitchen for weeks at a time! One day and I had a brand new kitchen. Unbelievable. They are miracle workers and so cost effective. So reasonable — so wonderful– I Love Them and will never go back to a contractor mess again. They are absolutely the answer to a new home owner’s prayer.

I recently had my kitchen counters done by this company and I love the result. It worked perfectly for me since I wanted to keep my back splash tile and a regular granite installation could not do that. And this is a «green» solution since there is no tear out. They put the counter right over what you already have. It only took one day and the company was very good to work with. It also comes with a life time warranty which is great. I highly recommend them.
