the service is very professional, polite and nice. All the tools are very sterile. My nails came out good but the nail polish seems watery because you need at least 3 coats of essie to make it not see through. My pedicure came off within a week. Very expensive when it doesn’t even last long. The salon is big so if you have a party this is the place to go.

I only go to this nail salon on special occasions. It’s beautiful, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. But I find that it’s very pricey. The ladies are all very pleasant from the moment you walk in.

Wow this place has really gone downhill! I used to come regularly when it first opened but each change of management has led to a decline in service and value. Prices are not cheap and I like to support «ethical» salons but my most recent pedicure was mediocre at best. If I’m honest, it was horrible. I work on my feet so really appreciate a good pedicure. This wasn’t one. Also, the technician was rude, dismissive and abrupt. I like that they are open on Sunday but sadly, this was likely my last visit.

Can I tell you how much I loathe nail salons getting rid of the «free» massage that follows a pedi? I usually tip the person $ 10 too so it’s not free Floris!
I haven’t been here in months and finally decided to venture out. I noticed the new signs pushing chair massage and realized I wasn’t going to get a massage — usually the best part of my spa service. Not only that but they set an obnoxious timer to ding loudly exactly on the time allotted. How cheesy is that?
Dang now I have to find a new place.

Do not go here if they are busy. I recently had a manicure that took about 5 minutes. She pushed back my cuticles so roughly that 3 of them were bleeding and have been inflamed for 2 days. The paint chipped off already as well (2 days). Worst manicure I have ever had. If they aren’t busy, they do OK.

Have been there several different times with several different nail techs and always had issues. Mani and pedi never last more than a few days and they rush through it. On top of that they are constantly offering more services to spend your money on. The last time I went, I smudged one of my nails sitting down to dry and asked guy to just touch up that one and he gave me a hard time. Literally, he put one drop of nail polish to cover it up and when I asked him to put the clear coat over again he said extra money or do it myself at the dry station. Never again will I go here.

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! Do not go here. I went in and asked for a gel manicure, which was listed as $ 20 on their price menu. They performed the service and then told me it was $ 35 when it was time to pay. I pointed out that this was not the price listed, and they gave me some nonsense about how they gave me a «UV gel manicure», which is ridiculous because I said gel manicure and gel IS UV in the first place. Also, there was no $ 35 gel «UV» on the list of services. There was only the $ 20 gel manicure and then the gel tips which were $ 50 and up. I paid what they wanted me to because they were not budging, but to make matters worse, my GEL manicure chipped the day after, which has never happened when I have done gel at any other salon. The whole point of getting it was because it is supposed to last. The people at this salon are dishonest and clearly incompetent at giving a proper gel manicure, which is pretty standard for any nail salon. Save yourself the money and aggravation and go to literally any other salon.

It is expensive but it was worth it! They did a great job taking care of you and smiling! They have very clean and attractive chairs and furniture! Lots of drying areas! I thought they did a short but nice job on your feet and nice job on your hands! I liked the way my nails looked when i left! I had a great experience and the man gave me a great design and taught me his language! My nail polish did wear off quickly but they are shiny! Will be back!

Only one lady is good, all others are dismissive, rude and they misrepresent the prices of the services. Use to go all the time buy they went downhill quick. GOT A TOE FUNGUS AS WELL!!!

Beautiful place but yuck! Sanitary standards with thier tools are a little scary.

I was a little leery going here after I read the reviews but I decided to try it for myself. The place is incredibly pretty but more importantly really clean. Miriam did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. A little costly because I got one of the specialty pedis but well worth it. I will definitely go back, hopefully the excellent service is consistent.

The décor is pretty and new but the pedicure is mediocre at best. I got the regular pedicure with the callous removal upgrade and right after she applied the callous removal gel she says to me «I will not be able to get your callous off, you will need to do it again». What??? You tell me after I agree to the additional $ 10 service? BTW, I get callous remover at my normal salon every other week and they do a wonderful job but the girl at Floris barely buffed my feet. In addition, the pedicure was rushed, received barely any massage, and they are chipping not even 24 hours later. The $ 15 pedicure that I paid for my daughter to receive was a joke…8 minutes at best. And to top it off all the nail polish came off when she went swimming today. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money and go somewhere else.

The décor is beautiful — but they are crap! I spent over 60 bucks on tips and the next day one by one the started to either crack or popped off. I went back the NEXT day to get them fixed (they fixed it) but expected me to pay for it! I couldn’t believe it. I was in utter shock! Then they proceeded to tell me that the tips i spent 70 dollars on were Temporary and they were ti only last a wk. My nails didn’t even last 24 hours! I walked out with no intentions of going back. I had a horrible experience and wont even recommend it to my worst enemy! I will never go back even if they paid me! STAY AWAY!!! 5 thumbs down!!!
