Horrible customer service, not the cleanest place, don’t think they sterilize anything or clean the pedicure sinks. Will no return

This was the worse experience I have ever had in any nail salon. My nails were clipped off shorter without even asking how much I would like off on my nails. The girl was filing my toe so hard she broke the skin on my big toe and never even touched the heels on my feet which is part of every pedicure. I will never ever go back to this place again.

this place might not be the cleanest or up to date but you can get good inexpensive pedicures, manicures, gel manicures. Make an appointment with Sonia or Kim and you will have the best gel manicure that will last at least 3 weeks. I always go here for my gel because they care for how your nails come out.

Great place for a quick mani! Stopped by here before going to Galavi Salon next door(reviews on that too!) They opened at 9:30, immediately took me in and were pleasantly conversational without being overbearing. They notice small details like putting the lotion on my hands in a heart shape, and respected the amount of time I gave them(i.e. Didn’t try to make me go for addtl services). Why no five? They really have a LIMITED stock of colors. I wanted a paler pink but couldn’t find any between both the Essie and OPI colors, and had to go with a pink I don’t really love, which is disappointing when you have to fish out the cash.

I walked out before I could get a pedicure. This place is dirty, uses the same tools on multiple clients, and their pedi chairs might be older than I am. Just FYI– I asked the nail tech if she uses the same pumas rock on multiple guests, to which she answered yes, like that is normal. No thanks!!!

More of a 3.5. First and foremost: if you are looking for a salon where you can converse(past pleasantries) with the manicurists, this is NOT the place. Perhaps half the staff is fluent English. That being said, for the price, they do a great job. Manicure with polish is $ 11, I give a $ 20 and get $ 5 back. The pedicure chairs feel slightly dated, but overall the location is very nice. The prices are clearly marked, the stations are clean, the manicurists know what they are doing, and there are some very large Renaissance paintings(prints?) that dominate the space(in a good way). They have a drying table, not those stupid baby fans some low-class places have. They do keep ALL the tools on the table, which can look a little crowded, but they have everything you need for a good manicure. They even have a machine to warm the cuticle tools before cutting them, which makes a big difference. As a male, I do have very rough cuticles, which(regardless of how good the manicurists) does create a risk of bleeding. I have been there more than a dozen times though and this has never happened. I always get a clear coat, and they use a base coat and then a clear coat, which is very thorough. They also have you pay before the coat which, whether it’s for practicality or insurance of payment, is a very smart move. N.B. Do NOT get a buff(as males sometimes like to do). They will charge you $ 5 extra dollars, which is ridiculous(because they have to open a fresh buffer or something). Whatever though, this bizarre fact isn’t a big deal. As a guy, I’m kind of rough with my hands, so I often have to get my clear coats redone. If you are looking for a place that you can often go to(even on a weekly basis like me) without breaking the bank, then this is DEFINITELY the spot.
