Nearly 10 years ago my family opened our first Center in Fairfield. Today, with the support and growing numbers of customers, we have been fortunate to add 5 other locations to better serve the automotive needs of families in the Santa Rosa, Napa, Martinez and Sacramento areas. All our Centers are locally operated & staffed.

Shitttttttiest place ever. These guys screwed up my breaks. I paid 400 to replace back pads and roaters. The next day a bolt fell off on my way to work. I was stuck on the bridge & they refused to tow. Used my AAA to tow to an address they gave me of a closed down Meineke near me. Wow. Finally I get it to a location after an hour, then Lup in redwoodCity tells me he’ll call. Thid is at 10am. Dont get a call back till5pm saying theres a bolt missing… really??? But he doesnt have the part. Eric from fairfield says he’ll have someone drive it down the next day. & he refuses to give me a rental. I am just ughhhh so done with meineke…
400 got me brake pads new roaters and 16hours off my paycheck. So pretty much costed me $ 250 plus 400. So if u like paying 650 for a brake change MEINEKE IS YOUR PLACE and Eric will have no problem providing the worst customer service possible!!!

I got really great customer service at Meineke today and will definitely be going back. They took great care of my car and care of me as a customer as well. They finished my car before they said it would be finished. Thanks guys and keep up the great work, and wonderful attitudes :)

Only came here cuz they had a Unilocal deal for oil change. Waited 45 mins for the worker to tell me he couldn’t change my oil because the threads were loose in my oil pan. Complete BS, I ended up driving down the road to sears auto center and they were able to help me just fine.

The guys are polite, informative and clean. The work is VERY quick and efficient (I’ve had synthetic oil changes for only $ 49.99, and a break fluid flush). They often have coupons in The Breeze Monthly, which make their prices the cheapest in town!
I would give it 5 stars, but I was put on hold for 8 minutes, then was asked if he could call me back. He even promised he would call me back lol. But of course, I never received the call. Another thing; they told me I needed to get a tranny flush, but they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the proper machine/​tools for my Dodge Ram 1500. So I went to Meineke, who cooincidentally owns Econo Lube, and is going to change it into another Meineke soon.

I used to go here a lot… But I’ve been moving about too much to come go here that often…
The people seem a bit mean, but they’re good people and they’re fast and efficient too… Said it would be an hour wait and they were done with mu car within 30 minutes. Of course it was just an oil change but they know what they are doing.
But it always seems like it’s under new management every time I come here
