Great job! We were moving and needed the carpets cleaned on short notice. Not only did they do a great job they were able to meet our short deadline. Will be using them again in the future.

Great job on our carpet, they were quick and got the job done. Easy to schedule an appt. we added our upholstery cleaning and it came out like new. Our neighbor and our house got cleaned, I would highly recommend it!

I just want to say how great this company is. I learned of this company while working for a company that had them come clean sectionals on a daily basis for us. They were always on time and called if there was any reason they might be a little late. I also chose to use them in my home and was very satisfied with the results and the price. On my tight budget. So I decided to have my moms carpets cleaned and sent a message for same day or the next, I was immediately contacted with a appointment for the next day. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I started using Dunn right about a year ago and since day one I had a good feeling about them, they were friendly and outgoing, I actually had to go back to work so I told them just to lock up when done, there totally trustworthy and I get my carpets done every 4 months just because Im anal and have a dog and I always just open the door and leave them to do the job. My carpets stay looking brand new :) oh and I forgot to mention prices are great stanly steamer charges double and Dunn right has the same quality equipment and does a Better job in my opinion. highly recommended!

Called Friday & got an estimate of $ 100 — $ 120. Made appt for today.
Had my car upolstery cleaned $ 120 — no haggling. I had asked about the discount offered on their Facebook page & he says she puts things up there all the time (on this page). He’d have to check with her first.
Needless to say he demanded the high end of the quote & gave no discount.
Granddaughter had upset stomach & it went everywhere. Cleaned it up myself but it left some residual on the center of the bottom of the back seat of my Ford Focus ZX5. Little car. Little bit still on the carpet.
I had cleared my car of most things but left my phone charger & phone mount & 4 floor mats. 2 regular sized mats in the front floorboards & 2 little mats in the back floorboards. I went back inside the house.
The owner, Jonathan & his helper ran a motorized carpet cleaning machine for approx 45 minutes. I was called to go outside & for the most part satisfied.
Then find my phone charger in pieces in a garbage bag & my phone holder. I went to passenger side of Jonathan truck & asked what happened to the charger. Jonathan said it fell apart when he say sat it on the ground. Says he thought it was broken already & that he didn’t step on it. I asked him why he didn’t show to me & say what happened & he said he forgot & thought it was broken already anyway. I told him I was dissapointed that he didn’t show it to me & that he was going to leave without telling me about it. He apologized & offered to buy a new one but it’s not a common charger so he’d have to order it online like I did. I think I can put it back together & let him leave.
Moral to the story, don’t leave your vehicle or other property in others control. Supervise. Or suffer the consequences.

They did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my living room, family room, and two hallways. They also worked with me on my last minute schedule change. I needed an earlier appointment and they squeezed me right in. I love my fresh smeeling carpet. I will definitely be doing business with them again!

I had Jonathan come clean my carpets and couches tonight. How he did it I don’t know, but my carpets and couches look BRAND NEW… Thank you, I will defiantly use you again and recommend to everyone!!!

I was able to book my appointment on the Facebook page. I had to reschedule due to my work schedule and Katie was very accommodating. I booked a car detail, interior only. Jonathan and his partner came toward the end of the arrival window, which was ok. He actually asked me if there were any problems areas in particular that he needed to focus on. I was not expecting that question but i was impressed with him asking me that. I told him the back seat because I have kids and my car was definitely dirtier back there. They spent about an hour doing the floors, seats, doors, and trunk. I am very impressed! My car is a 2008 and have never been that clean since 2008! It’s almost like new again! Their prices are very reasonable plus I did not have to go anywhere. They came right to my house! I would recommend to anyone who needs first class service for their car detailing needs!

Did a great job and my carpet looks brand new again! I called to schedule my appointment and they came out the next week. Jonathan showed up right on time and was very polite. He did such a fantastic job, I will call them again next time! It’s a great small family owned business. Would highly recommend!

I was so surprised, when I called Dunn water damage and restoration about water damage to my basement last week. They were on time as scheduled my basement looks like new right out of a magazine. I’m so happy they were able to save me money, from having to buy new couches. No mildew fresh smell like new you are highly recommended to my family and friends thanks again for such a wonderful job.

We’ve used Dunn Right twice now and intend to use them again! Jonathan is very friendly, professional, and does an amazing job! He arrived right on time, worked quickly (which is nice because I have little ones anxious to run around) and the carpets came out great! Would (and do) recommend them to any and every one!!! :)

I have had my carpets cleaned a few times and it has always been average. I have older carpets and they never get the stains out 100%. It has been 2 weeks and the stains have not reappeared! Jonathan was professional, prompt, called & texted to confirm and thorough. I already called again to have my couch cleaned after seeing the great results! Call them you won’t be disappointed

Were the carpets cleaned? Yes.
How was the service? Nice people but still learning how to run a business. The communication and scheduling was not good. Had called and left a message with no return call. Called again and was able to talk to Jonathan. He scheduled me for a Saturday between 9 – 10. Took my first name only. Saturday morning I called to confirm the time as I had moved to a new home and would need to meet him at the home that needed servicing. Was told between 12 – 1 now! He said he was on his way to another job and would call me when done so he could come to my home next. Fine. Mistakes happen. That was around 8:15. 10:30 rolls around and I call to check on status. No answer. Calls back at 10:40 and tells me he will meet me at the house. We confirm the address. 11:20 and no one is at my house. Get a call from Jonathan and he’s at another house with a person who has the same first name as me! He got confused, said someone else rescheduled this and basically saw there were two people with the same name and assumed I was the same person! Needless to say I was over there business. I cancelled the job. In tears and frustrated I left. Then Jonathan sends me text, is very sorry for the mix up and wants to make it right. I get someone to come later that afternoon to let him in as I had made prior plans to be out of town for the day which I had already been putting off due to the scheduling mistake. I send him a text to confirm what he quoted and the services and the address. Also requested an invoice be left as I need to show proof to my landlord that it was complete. I seriously don’t think I should have been charged the full price at that point but I paid right away through PayPal once I received the text to pay. Next day, Carpets are cleaned. No invoice!
I called, texted, messaged on FB, and wrote on their FB page to get a response. I’m frustrated and wanted a reply ASAP. Finally got one and their response was apologetic but the main concern in their part was how did the carpets look?!! Well, yes clean but I would never do service or make recommendations to a company that has communication issues no matter how well they did the job I paid for. Would you?

Great job cleaning the carpets! They had a wonderful special on Facebook and I used to clean the apartment for move out. Made it look brand new!!! Took longer than expected but they didn’t charge me a penny over the estimate. Wonderful job!
