I called to schedule a review and quote for replacement of my heating and air conditioning systems as well as my water heater, a combined purchase over $ 10K. It took 4 days to have someone show up, who then spent much of the time telling me how badly designed and undependable my existing system was, despite it having been essentiality trouble free for almost 15 years. I got the strong feeling he had not listened to my telling him I was making the change as part of a plan to sell the home in the near future. I actually had to ask he provide a written quote, and not the phone call he thought adequate. He let me know he was busy, but would get me a quote in «a few days». As I write this its almost two weeks and nothing. No email, snail mail or call.
I can’t rate the company’s HVAC services, but they sure send a message they are disorganized and not customer oriented, even before they have your money.
