I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Printing Ideas. This was my first time needing a commercial printer and I had no idea where to begin. Steve answered all of my questions and completed my project in less time than I expected. Due to an error on my part, I needed some items reprinted and he was gracious enough to try and find a solution before reprinting my mistake. Now I know better for next time and know exactly where to take my print needs.

Amazingly responsive, helpful staff and a fast turnaround time. I asked them to print a professional poster for me and it came out great. I first picked Printing Ideas because the location was convenient and the price was good, but after seeing their work I’ll definitely be going back for any print jobs I have in the future.

I found Printing Ideas through Unilocal and because it had 5 stars, I knew I had to try them. I had an impossible timeline of needing business cards — not only same-​day, but within the next 2 hours. They didn’t even flinch when I told them how quick a turnaround I needed, which surprised me because I was fully prepared for them to tell me that it wouldn’t be possible since all of the other big chains (Staples, FedEx/Kinko’s) told me it couldn’t be done. I was able to email my custom business card design to them, they were very quick to respond and work with me to get the file in the format that they needed, and truly went the extra mile to come through for me. I got stuck in awful traffic on my way to pick them up, so I emailed Steve knowing that I probably wouldn’t make it there before they closed up shop at 6pm. Steve quickly responded to my email to tell me it wasn’t a problem, and that he would just leave my box of cards taped to their window. The business cards were amazing quality in every aspect — paper, colors, even the boxes. I will absolutely be using them again in the future and will be recommending Printing Ideas to all of my fellow business owners in my network! Thank you, Steve!

Wonderful quality and customer service! We had 2 large vinyl banners printed for a trade show, as well as a set of business cards to promote our new product. Steve worked with us to get the files configured correctly for printing. Everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The price was great, the turnaround was fast (2 days before the promised date!), and the finished products look AMAZING. Really nice quality banners and stands that will serve us well during trade show season and beyond. I highly recommend Printing Ideas and plan to use them for all of our future projects.

I needed some powerpoint slides printed for my graduate class and I had a very tight deadline due to some last minute changes. I found Printing Ideas on google and contacted them for my print job. They were able to recommend some nice paper stock and coil binding for several presentations I needed. I was really impressed with the super fast turnaround and the quality of work. I worked with Printing Ideas recently on a project for work. As part of a company diversity campaign, we wanted to put together a cookbook reflecting the various cultures within our organization.
It took me awhile to find a printer who could put together a 40 page, color cookbook under short notice. We already compiled all the recipes and pictures. However, we procrastinated on the printing. We wanted the cookbook to have a professional look to it, but we didn’t want it to cost an arm and a leg… We would also need assistance with book layout and the party was a week away. Needless to say. I was stressed.
I happened across Printing Ideas via an Internet search. I called the office and the staff was very professional. The manager was able to answer all my questions. He provided reassurance that they would be able produce my product within the time frame I needed. His pricing was competitive and he seemed honest. So, I went with them. The end result… A wonderful cookbook that members of my team enjoyed. The campaign was a success.
