Pediatric Partners of Northern Virginia

These docs are amazing! They are all moms and totally understand life with kiddos. I feel like they really know our family. We left our last practice because it was really large and we felt like we were just a number to them. We are certainly not just a number to Pediatric Partners. We will be moving locally soon and it might be a 30 minute drive to the office but it’s so worth it!

I like the pediatricians here.
You know you want to stay with them when they call YOU, to follow up on your child’s well being.
Service with MD —
It happened when my baby was developing jaundice and as a concerned mom, I called the dr’s after hours. I was told to call them again after a certain time or if anything develops. However, we were waiting to call Dr. Chamberlain in an hour or so, but she called us because it took us a while to call her back. Talk about great service! And she cared!
Service with Reception —
I more or less agree with other reviewers. Often times, they are nice, they don’t bother much. Maybe I could expect more from them. But it’s the doctors that keeps me here.
Service with Nurses —
They’re good! I don’t have any complaints.
Venue —
I like the place, it looks clean and nice, not run down.
Surrounding Areas —
Loved the location of this place! After or before your appointment, just stroll on over to Cupcake Actually or Peets for some light snack/​drink. If you prefer, just dine at the restaurant.
Any complaints? -
If I had to choose one, I wished the office offered a appointment reminder calls. They hand out appointment cards, which is fab! As a busy mom, sometimes, an extra call for a reminder wouldn’t hurt.

The doctors and nurses are great, but I barely see them in comparison to the receptionists. The receptionists are difficult to work with and rude. Scheduling appointments is complicated, but if you ever need your child’s forms signed bring them in a month ahead. I brought my child’s forms in weeks ago and I might as well be talking to a machine the way they always just tell me they’ll get it done in 5 – 10 business days. There are plenty of god pediatrics in the area, it’s not worth your time to deal with the front desk who should represent the face of the business.

Wonderful doctors! Front desk staff is not particularly friendly. I believe they bring their young kids to work (everytime I come they’ve got kids behind the desk) & perhaps it’s a distraction for them. Nonetheless, not very professional & again, not very friendly.
The doctors are AMAZING.
