My past experience with lawyers has been that often they always had something more important to be doing than resolving my issue. Mr. Sarsour and his firm exceeded all expectations. On my first call to this firm, the phone was answered right away. For a matter that I would have expected to take over a month or so to have resolved, they had completed in 4 days! Within a few hours I had the Judge signed documents e-​mailed to me. Throughout the 4 days, I was updated by text or phone call at least once a day. I am quite honestly [very pleasantly] surprised at how professional, sufficient and knowledgeable each lawyer was. I will certainly call this firm as needed in the future.

I guess you can say this has become our go to family law group. I heard about them through a family member who used their services and was very satisfied. We’ve used their services for immigration, as well as when the whole housing crisis happened. They were great in advising and explaining all our options. I had a very difficult family situation but lucky enough to have found this law group. Not only were they very upfront and clear on what options I had but they also helped me navigate through the situation. Katherine and Jad helped me make the right choices with no surprises in the outcome.

I finally got my divorce paperwork and Daniel responded to me after my initial complaint. The whole process took over 4 months… much longer than I had ever anticipated and much longer than they advertise. Happy I finally got it, but in the future would caution anyone to be prepared for a long wait.

When I first received my reckless driving ticket in Arlington County I was truly freaking out and assumed the worst. I honestly did not search out this law firm, but after my information was processed by the DMV I started receiving legal adverts in the mail and First Point’s stuck out to me because they had an actual list of charges that they’ve had overturned or lessened.
I’ve never called a lawyer before so I was kind of nervous but the man (I never got his name) that I spoke to was super laidback and made everything seem very simple. A week before my court date I took an online driving course (I Drive Safely) at the recommendation of the man I spoke with. I then paid the fee to the law firm and turned in all of my documentation. This morning Yuri Cahill went to court for me (I didn’t even have to go!) and called me a few hours later to let me know my charge was lessened to improper driving, only a small fine!

Mr. Sarsour did an excellent job drawing attention to the incorrect citation issued by Fairfax County Police and improper implementation of the law getting the citation dropped completely. Mr. Sarsour realy knows his stuff and is highly recommended.

This was the first time that I had to hire a lawyer so I was a bit nervous. Yuri put me at ease by answering all of my questions and following up with me on things that needed to be done. Wow! Never had a phone call like I just did. Just spoke to Jad Sarsour who came highly recommended by a friend and Mr. Sarsour just brushed me off. Not to mention when I was telling him my story he told me to hurry up! I don’t know if he had a bad day in court or this just how he is. Maybe my case wasn’t interesting enough but it’s my life on the line and this is how you build clients and great reputation by being kind, compassionate and honest. Guess calling him was a bad idea in the first place.
Ok despite my earlier comment I have to say I decided to go with Jad Sarsour. After speaking with him again and other members of his team I’m more confident that they will be able to handle the case the best way possible. I’m still waiting on the outcome of things and afterwards I will give my final verdict but so far so good. Really worth considering.

I contacted First Point for their assistance with a traffic violation in Fairfax county. After my initial contact with the attorney (Jad Sarsour) i never heard from him again.
I was told someone would follow-​up with me but after receiving my payment ($ 400) no one ever contacted me, i should have taken that as a sign of things to come. Over the next 2 – 3 weeks i had to continually follow-​up with them to ensure they had the appropriate paperwork and on more than one occasion I had to prompt them on items that they needed to have in place.
Even after my court date I never received any follow-​up or update on the status of my case from anyone in their office. This law firm appears to be simply a «fast food» style practice where their primary goal is to have as many cases as possible rather than providing quality support/​service to their clients.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I paid for a service that the website advertised as «Guaranteed in 3 weeks» Well, 2 months later, still nothing. Daniel Costas is the gentlemen (and here I use the term loosely) I dealt with at the firm. He repeatedly dodged my calls, claimed not to have received my emails (when I can clearly see the date and timestamp of when my email was opened and read), and so on. I had to leave a message with the administrative asst., threatening to take them to small claims court in order for him to even take my call. When he did speak with me on the phone, he basically said that I had fallen through the cracks because (and I quote) «we have so many clients.»
At this point, it has been 2 months since I paid up for this «3 week guaranteed service», and there is ZERO accountability on the part of the firm. Can’t even get them on the phone. Total fraud, false advertising, scummy people, completely untrustworthy. Take your money elsewhere. I intend to take them to small claims court to get my money back, and review them wherever possible so other unsuspecting idiots like myself won’t fall for their scam.
