Professional, quick, and friendly service! I had the battery for my watch replaced in front of me in less than 10 minutes, for a very reasonable price (around $ 10). Charly’s uses high-​quality Energizer batteries, and the gentlemen helping me was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on maintaining the condition of my watch. I will definitely be back!

Went in for a simple battery replacement. As it turned out, the watch needed a minor repair. Charlie’s did the repair for free. Great guys, great experience — I’d use them again.

Competent, friendly and fast service. I had two watch batteries changed within 10 minutes at little more than the cost of the batteries. I’d feel very comfortable bringing heirloom quality clocks or four digit cost watches. Charly’s seems to be a family-​owned business and they truly know their trade from what I witnessed.

Found this through Unilocal and all the reviews were correct. Knowledgable, fast, affordable and very friendly. It took 10 minutes to replace 3 watch batteries. Will be going back to take an antique mantel clock for preventative maintenance.

I called to find out if they changed watch batteries-​the guy who answered was polite and friendly. I ran over during lunch hour and he was efficient, nice and did it while I waited-​at a reasonable cost. Businesses like this are rare these days.

I only needed my watch battery replaced, but the owner/​proprietor treated me like I was an important customer. Plenty of free advice about maintenance and care for my watch. I could tell this was a business about quality and craftsmanship from just looking around and spending a few minutes with the owner. After spending a few dollars for my battery installation it almost seemed like I should be paying them. This is what a small business that takes pride in their craft, service and community should be.

There guys are spectacular. I’ve taken them all of my watches at one point or another for battery swaps, repairs, links etc.
If they have the battery in stock, they will change it on the spot for you. I intended on leaving my 3 watches that were in need of batteries with them and returning later and he fixed them all in less than 7 minutes. Amazing customer service and excellent fair prices.
I’ll continue coming in with repairs as long as these guys are around! Highly recommend!

First time here. Needed a battery replaced on my Gucci watch. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and only $ 10! Very friendly and quick service. He even took a moment to make sure everything was «good» on the watch. He found that the last place that replaced the battery put the plastic band on the battery compartment on upside down, which is a bad thing. If that had broken, I’d be looking at $ 40 to replace it. Glad he caught it in time!
I’ll definitely be using them for any future watch/​clock things!

Took my Seiko watch into Charly’s to get the battery replaced on a weekday morning shortly after 10AM. Five minutes (and eight dollars) later, my watch was running again!
If I owned dozens of watches, then maybe it would be worthwhile to invest in a good watch case opener/​wrench, but until then, I’ll take my watches to Charly’s.

Wow! Found this shop on Unilocal as I was looking for a good place in Northern Virginia to replace a battery for my Tag Heuer and was very glad I checked it out! Exceptionally knowledgeable, polite service, quick, and very reasonably priced. I was in and out in under ten minutes. What more is there to ask for? Easy to find too, just across the street from the Home Depot in Fairfax. I will definitely go back again.

I had three pairs of watches abandoned for about half a year, because I didn’t want to go to the place I use to go for a battery change. (I paid $ 20 for one battery at tysons galleria.)
Finally I got tired to be without watches and checked the Unilocal where I found Charly’s Watch&Clock Shop. It took 10 minutes to fix 3 pairs of watches for almost the same amount of $ 20.
