Very bad service — the guy lacks all manners, and does not want to entertain your questions. I came to get an idea of frames for my 60×48 painting that is in works. This guys answer was, «bring that in and then I will show you». I live in the neighborhood so thus was first visit to get the idea, before I being it in. But I am going to Micheals, or on Internet. But this guy is bad news.

They have great art and framing options and the pricing is decent, but I had to give them 2 stars for service. I have been in this store several times, and I am either ignored, or given short answers. The two salesmen that I have been in contact with don’t seem to want to help me. It’s unfortunate and I will not be giving them any business.
