Ti Amore Children’s Center strives to provide the highest quality child care and play-​based preschool education for children in Sacramento County as well as professional training for our employees. Our mission is to create a one-​of-​a kind children’s center that provides a loving, supportive, safe, and educational environment for the children and staff we work with.

History

Established in 2011.

We started Ti Amore in 2011 by opening up an in-​home child care and preschool. We successfully operated the home business for 2 years until we opened up what is now the Ti Amore Children’s Center. The center property (1 acre) was previously operating as a preschool and child care business for over 30 years. We fought to purchase the property for about 7 months in pursuit to expand our in-​home program. We finally purchased the property back in August 2012, and have been working on renovations and updates since then. The school was definitely not up to its full potential, so with a lot of tender loving care, we have given it new life! It was and still is important to us to keep the tradition of the previous center’s approach to providing a secure place for children to be with other children while enriching their development at the same time.

Krisann V.

Business Owner

Krisann Vistica has worked with children all her life. Her experience includes being a 1:1 IA for children & adolescents with a variety of special needs, classrooms & teachers; all of which she gained exposure to the teaching environments. Krisann also worked as a Clinical Assistant providing EIBT to children with Autism. In this role, she also developed a «Kids Helping Kids» Social Skills Program. Krisann has over of 20,000 hours providing direct intervention to children with Autism from 2 to 12 years of age. She received her B.A. Degree in CHDV & her M.A. Degree in PSYCH (ABA) both from CSU Sacramento. In Feb 2011, Krisann opened a small licensed in-​home preschool program which she developed and ran for 2 years. In Aug 2012, Krisann & her husband purchased, what is now the Ti Amore Children’s Center, in Fair Oaks. Here, Krisann can use her education & experience to provide a safe, loving, & educational preschool and child care to the children in her community.
