Three Bridges Auto Sales

Bought an 05′ Toyota 4Runner. Greg was great to deal with and a low pressure laid back transaction. I did my homework before the purchase and the price was right. After signing paper and funding the transaction I went to pickup the 4runner and there was an exhaust leak that I hadn’t noticed before. They made it right sent it their shop fixed the exhaust manifold and paid for everything after I signed the purchase contract «as is». I would recommend these guys looking for an honest good value in a used car.

My son bought his first car from here in September — Greg made his first car buying experience easy and with no pressure. The car was nice and clean. He had slight issue with it a few days after having it but they fixed it right away with no hassle. We definitely recommend this dealership and Greg to anyone looking for a car!

Excellent experience all the way around. We DID pay his asking price on our vehicle because I shopped around and his asking price was beyond fair compared to what we had seen so far. The vehicle was the least amount $ for the cleanest and best condition of any we had seen so far. Jim took phenomenal care of us. This was a smooth transaction. Jim and his staff were professional, friendly, and took great care of us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Saw a Lexus RX300 on Craigslist, called and spoke to Candy. She walked around the vehicle for me, and mentioned it was pretty clean. Drove up a couple of days later, and met Jim. He put me on a test drive, and I immediately liked the vehicle, and plunked down a deposit, at which time he completed the DMV docs since it was a cash deal. Came back a couple of days later and drove it home. I called about what I thought was some oil under the engine, but it turns out it was just residual oil from the recent oil change. They offered to have their mechanic verify, any leaks, and were very supportive. Great experience; highly recommend this family operated business!

Had a great experience buying my 2003 Ford F-​250 four wheel drive here today! Greg was super cool down to earth guy no pressure at all kind of a dealership. We got a great deal on my dream truck will definitely recommend to family and friends they took care of us thanks for everything guys!

6÷18÷15… STILL no PHONE CALL. Again, horrible customer service practices here. I wouldn’t trust them for ANYTHING ever again!

Hello Jennifer I’m not sure why you chose not to bring your vehicle in to us. As I explained, when I reached out to you a second time two weeks after my initial call to you, there was a sense of urgency to bring the vehicle in if I was going to look at it for you. As I have not had any communication from you or your husband for the last two months I’m not sure what else I could have done to address the situation. I agree that at this point, over three months since you purchased the vehicle, you should take any concerns to your own mechanic. I wish you luck in you future.

You dropped the ball, not me, and we both bought the car, we’re both on the title so there’s ZERO reason you could not have spoken to him! None at all!

5÷25÷15 Jim called me one more time, and I told him to call my husband. HE NEVER DID, and we’ve heard nothing more from them. We’ll be taking the truck into out trusted mechanic, I’m a little worried, but I’ll let you know.
3÷21÷15 @ 10:25am: took my stars from 2 up to 3 because I spoke w/​Jim (he called me), much more calm, wanted to look at the truck & then go from there. «Warranty or not, you’ve only had the truck for a couple of weeks, so if it has a bad transmission or a bad starter I would like to make that right.» I cannot take the truck in for a week or more, but we’ll be scheduling a time further down the road to get it in, let their guy take a look, and formulate a plan together from there. *much more optimistic* But, he did not care about the gas, his dealership has no problem sending you out on an empty tank. *still lame*
FIRST… let me tell you that Greg allowed us to KNOWINGLY leave the lot on almost empty tank! My husband mentioned it, Greg looked surprised & appeared to ALMOST say something, but quickly walked away.
I’m not too excited about the purchase of our 2006 Chevy Suburban. We haven’t made our first payment yet and already the starter only starts about every five times (I have to get out & bang on it), the transmission is shifting hard going into second, the passenger side rear window has fallen off the track (or the regulator broke), and the passenger side window along with the driver’s side back window all sound weird like that one did before it broke. I called Greg and spoke about all of this with him, and after driving from the Bay Area & paying him his ASKING PRICE for the truck (I couldn’t talk him down AT ALL, not even $ 500, which he was fairly rude about. There are nicer ways to say I can’t take the price down anymore, but he chose to use «No» and «Nope, sorry».) all he is «willing to do» is have me drive BACK over there & have ***me*** pay what his dealership would have paid at a shop he uses. I have 2 friends who bought vehicles in the last year from 2 different dealerships, both of which had them bring their vehicles back to change the brakes for them AT NO COST. «I assure you THIS is a safe truck, otherwise I wouldn’t be selling it to you.» ~ Greg (the day before I purchased it & today over the phone) Not sure how that includes a truck with worn brakes & a starter going out! *lame*
Also when speaking about the warranty we didn’t purchase, he said it was because we didn’t put a down payment, which we did $ 3,000 down (which he also said it didn’t matter if we finance the whole thing or if we paid for half of it with cash because either way he gets his money three days after the financing goes through… RUDE AGAIN!) then it was because the financing wasn’t ready before it was purchased, which we were Preapproved the day before… so instead of saying «Let me go grab the paperwork & see why that didn’t happen!» he tried to wing it and sounded not so smart. Not happy with his customer service AT ALL! He seemed so nice, but his actions were pretty slimy.
I’m interested to see if anyone else who was pre-​approved hears «There was a guy who came in this morning who was also pre-​approved ready to buy this vehicle.»
*** IF something better happens, I’ll update my review, but I doubt I get a call! ***

Found my White Lexus GS400 at Three Bridges Auto Sales and the whole process went super smooth! No pressure on the sale, had a great extended test drive of the vehicle, and just had an overall good feeling about the transaction. The brake rotors felt warped so Greg told me he would have Honest Engine across the street fix them up for me. Best used car dealership and the cars they sale are purchased through Carmax. Thanks Three Bridges!

My husband purchased a Toyota 4 Runner from Three Bridges Auto about a month ago. I just had to take a moment to thank the staff for their service. They were very friendly and they were fast with the process! My husband LOVES his SUV. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a used car.
