Again I write to update my review. Ask for Zaa Zaa if you want a great cut and style. I have been getting my hair cuts from Zaa Zaa for over 10 years. I’m often asked who cuts my hair? Zaa Zaa also cuts my grand nieces hair and goes a great job on children. I highly recommend ZaaZaa

This is the second time I went to this shop. Not very satisfied. I originally came in to fix up a color. That was done great! However they don’t make an effort to clean the hair dye off your head. I could do this from home if I wanted to walk around looking like that. The woman who was coloring my hair did a dry cut on my friend which actually made it worse. She rushed it and also made her pay full price! The second time I went in, I let her know that I wanted a color (root touch up), trim, and my hair thinned out. I have very thick hair so I need to do this frequently. The color she did my roots does not match my hair. She only trimmed my hair and did not thin it out. I went in there to get the color and thinning done which were necessary. The cut itself was just something I wanted, not needed. I now have to go and pay another person to fix my hair. I figured that I would give this place a second chance and completely regret it. When I called in to speak with the owner of the shop (mark), he cut me off and told me that I had to deal with the stylist who did my hair. I told him that I did not want to see her again because she did not finish her job. He continued to tell me about how shocked he was that I am calling in because she is «such a great stylist». I understand that the stylist who worked on me is basically her own boss, but she represents the salon. The fact that the owner of the salon refused to help me is just mind blowing! I got a call from my stylist offering to finish her job. I went back to get my hair thinned, but will not be returning.

just finished up a haircut with Anna, she was incredibly sweet and I knew I was in good hands while watching her do the girl’s hair before me. she was super light and made me feel very comfortable (it doesn’t look it on the outside but the inside is almost intimidatingly trendy). we talked a lot and it wasn’t awkward, she listened to what I wanted and collaborated with me on what kinds of layers would best frame my face. I was completely woo’d by the result.

Highly recommended Caroline Campbell at Luxe. Great ideas, honest & accommodating. My hair always looks great after visiting her.

Janessa is fabulous. Great stylist! She does a good job with coloring, highlights, and cuts! She is worth the investment.

I had my hair cut by Lauren R. and love it. She’s friendly, professional, and listened to what I wanted for my hair. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the uncluttered décor of the salon. I will definitely be back as a regular customer!

This was my first time to Luxe Salon. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. It doesn’t look like much on the outside, but it’s upscale on the inside. The artwork is beautiful. Lauren did an excellent job on my hair color and cut. She is very detailed and took the time to listen to what I wanted. Awesome job! She is very professional. From now on I’ll be going to Luxe Salon and having Lauren do my hair. This salon was very impressive and modern. Thank you so much for the great service.

Caroline is the most talented hair stylist I have ever gone to. I came to Caroline with dead, dull hair and wearing my clip-​in extentions which I would never leave the house without. I could not even imagine ever feeling happy enough with my natural hair to let my extentions go, but explained to Caroline that I just started a new job that called for a more professional image/​hair style. She listened to my concerns and hopes and also reassured me that I would love my hair after she worked her magic. I was VERY doubtful because every single stylist I had ever been to since I started wearing extensions six years ago promised the same thing but never delivered results. Caroline did!!! Everything from the peek-​a-​boo highlights to the rich lowlights to the sharp yet breezy shoulder-​length hair cut was everything I could ever want and more. I thuroughly enjoyed her company and more importantly appreciated her ability to free me of my long, heavy clip-​in extensions and feel truly comfortable with my new and exciting (and healthy!) short hair. During my appointment she also supplied me with the best hair products for styling I have ever used (a thermal protectant as well as a serum– definitely worth the money) AND taught me how to correctly use a round brush with the blow drier to achieve maximum volume and shine. I now style my hair just the way she taught me every day before work and even on the weekends. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new healthy hair. It is healthy enough now that it is actually able to grow on its own thanks to Caroline. She is the best and I HIGHLY recommend her for color, cut, and styling!!!

Lauren is the best! I was ecstatic after she did my hair last night. Everyone I have seen today’s loves my new color and although it is much bolder than what we have done before it looks great because of Lauren’s skill. I love the atmosphere of this place too. It is peaceful and I think the art is a nice touch.

I went to see Caroline knowing I wanted a change but noy knowing what exactly I was looking for. She was very detailed with her questions that she asked trying to narrow down what I actually wanted. She gave great styling and care advice and I’m in love with my new look! I’ve always been dark but the tone on tone blonding she did looks spectacular and I’ve had a bunch of compliments. Thank you so much for knowing exactly what I wanted when I didnt!

Lauren is the best hair stylist EVER! I am a loyalist when it comes to my stylists and was broken hearted when my prior person quit doing hair. I felt like I had been wandering the desert searching forever to find someone new… Then a friend introduced me to Lauren! She not only gave me the best cut I’ve ever had, she also has been phenomenal about suggesting the right products for my finicky hair. I just adore her and can’t say enough great things! The salon is fantastic and I love the way they’ve incorporated the art into the space to create a creative and relaxing environment. Love it!

I’ve been going to Angela for years now. She listens to my concerns and works with my fine hair. She’s awesome with applying color and it always looks great.

I’m anal. I admit it. I care about my work and make sure I do a good job. I find that it’s hard to get that when I need services. Enter Caroline. I was referred by my mom, which wasn’t necessarily a plus, even my mom is pretty young and pretty cool. Not a dig, it’s just that our styles are very different. I did notice that my moms hair always was great once she started seeing Caroline. One day, while out with my grandma who lives out of town, Caroline walks in and days hello to my grandma by name. Personable, conscientious, and does good work? I gotsta meet this lady on her turf. I was able to make an appt for the next day by calling and leaving a message. The rest was by text. My dream! I was able to send pics of what I had to work with and sorta what I was going for. I showed up and she took a lot of time to make sure she knew what I wanted. I’m sure I’m not good at communicating in this way, but I’ve never felt that someone took the time I really make sure they could translate my vision into a short and long term plan. I went 2 days in a row so she could perfect the purple since I’ve had red, pink, purple and blue so it would look like one head of hair. I was just going to work with it, but she insisted. Pricing was super reasonable and I wasn’t pushed to buy products. The space is nice and I like the gallery set up. It’s nice to have a clean space with nice things to look at while you zen out. I’m going to start bringing the man and the teen here. You get what you pay for and Caroline is a bargain for the work she does. I’ll be back and will send many her way. I’m actually excited about what we might do next.

Zsa Zsa has been doing my hair for 15 years and even though I have lived 3 hours away for the past 4 years, I still go to her. I’ve tried a few stylists since being out of the area, but that always ends up being a mistake. Zsa Zsa has some sort of artistic, hair styling goddess, controlling her hands. She is excellent at combining the client’s desires with a style that also fits their appearance. You will not leave her chair with anything less than perfect.

I started coming to Angela almost two years ago – I was having a hard time in school and my mom wanted to surprise me with an extra special hair cut. I loved my first cut, and I’ve loved all of them since (I usually spend about a week talking about my hair after getting it cut).
I have kind of difficult hair sometimes, and it’s pretty long… I have gotten to the point where I trust her so much that I just go in and ask her what she thinks I should do with it. Plus, she is super friendly and always has something interesting to talk about!

I’ve been going to Marc @ Luxe for years. He always makes my hair look fantastic. People stop me all of the time and ask who does my hair. (I found him by asking someone whose hair looked great where she got it cut.) Since I like to change my style all the time, he knows what will look good on me.
After going to NY and paying $$$ for a very stylish cut many years ago (pre-​Marc), I don’t need to go to that extreme since Luxe is right here.

Jamie LeCates is a hair artist! She is one of the most talented stylists I have ever experienced in terms of color/​cut, and I am EXTREMELY picky!
I love the fact that she is always very accommodating with my crazy schedule. I never have to wait when I get to her shop because she doesn’t overbook. She genuinely cares about me and the health of my hair. She also is great about picking up products for me whenever I need them.
She is great about staying on top of her field with continuing education so I don’t sport an outdated ‘do. ;-) I guess it also doesn’t hurt that she’s an instructor at Paul Mitchell. I am a client for life.
For your money, Jamie is worth every penny, if not more. Check her out!

Angela @ Luxe is great beyond words! She is meticulous and really cares about your Hair Happiness. I would highly recommend her especially for anyone with long hair or who is trying to grow their hair out.
