I am a FULL-​TIME Mobile Notary Public AP-​Certified Signing Agent and hold my NNA Certification with current Background Screening. I specializing in the notarization of mortgage loan documents, real estate, loan modification signings, REO, FHA, VA, HELOC, hard money, and reverse mortgages. I have experience closing all types of loans: Purchase Loans, Refinance Loans, Reverse Mortgage Loans (Application & Loan Close), Commercial Loans, Seller Packages, etc. I carry a $ 100,000 Errors & Omissions Policy. I am available for all of your notary needs 24/​7, and can take appointments on short notice, evenings and weekends.
