Aire Serv of Greater Sacramento

All I have to say is that this company is top notch, we had an issue with our heater blowing cold air and our house was already freezing. We called Aire Serv and told them of our dire situation and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Brian came to our home and went out of his way to repair the heater. He was friendly and informative. He gave us options to replace the unit at a reasonable price. Aire Serv took care of our home and wore these cute red booties to protect our floors. I highly recommend Aire Serv to anyone that needs heating and/​or air conditioning services!

What impressive customer service. I purchased filters for the 3 vents I have in my house and not only did Brian hand-​deliver them, he also installed them. Not only that, but went the extra step and taped the inside of each vent to prevent the ‘rattle’ you hear when first turning on the heater or A/​C. He also washed each of the vent doors! After he finished with the filters, he then proceeded to check out my A/​C unit at no additional charge. I’ve dealt with my share of Heating and A/​C companies over the years and have NEVER experienced the level of service I received from Brian. I can’t recommend Aire-​Serv enough.

Brian and his team are an extremely professional and knowledgeable set up. Always honest and polite I highly recommend Aire Serv to avoid the underhand practices of other HVAC companies out there.

Trustworthy and respectful. The agency I work for is contracted with this company, which has provided excellent service to our elderly clientele. One of our clients was quoted by another HVAC company a price of $ 8000 to replace the whole system. When Aire Serv went out they were able to fix the problem for a small fraction of that amount. I had them come to my home today after the A/​c started leaking and then stopped working altogether. Jose was very respectful and explained everything that he was doing and why. He also put a mat at the front door and war booties into the house so as not to bring any dirt into the house. I was so happy to find a company that is so professional and customer service oriented

We have only lived in our house for 1 year (almost exactly) and our AC unit went out. Fan wouldn’t turn on and house got hot fast! Called our home warranty service and they put me in touch with Aire Serv. The very polite lady on the phone scheduled service for the next business day and informed me that the technician would call me around 30 minutes before their arrival. On the day of service, as promised, the technician called me around 30 minutes before arrival and when he showed up he placed a floor mat at my front door and put on show covers to come into my house. We went over the issues I was having and the technician diagnosed the problem immediately and was done completing repairs in a very timely manner. Nothing but polite staff, very informative and overall great experience!

Monday, June 8, 2015 was a blazing 105 degrees in Sacramento! My A/​C unit decided it was too hot to work and I came home to an internal temperature of 88 degrees. I checked my NEST thermostat and it appeared to be working, just no air blowing. It was extremely uncomfortable and the chocolate from Easter, on the counter next to the cupboard, had already lost its original shape.

If you don’t know what that means… think of it as a paid Unilocal service. It includes businesses that provide services, that includes feedback from real customers. Just like Unilocal… See?! I quickly searched for a Heating and A/​C company and found one that could be over in an hour. I won’t mention the company name, but the estimate was going to cost me thousands for a new unit!!! After talking it over with the wifey, we agreed to a second opinion and estimate.
Then I remembered a few weeks back, overhearing a conversation between checker and customer at a local grocery store, about a wonderful experience with an A/​C problem and a company named Air Serve. Little did I know that Air Serve was actually Aire Serv. When I googled «air serve», «Aire Serv» comes up 9^th in the search results. I gave them a call…
A pleasant young woman answered my call and took down my name and number. She said that a technician will call me back to schedule an appointment. Sure enough, within 10 minutes, I was explaining the situation to «Brian» and he agreed to be at my house at 5pm.
As I was waiting in my «oven» of a house, I heard a vehicle pull up at about 4:45pm. It was a van, grey in color, but no signage on the outside. I didn’t see anyone get out of the van, so I went to investigate. It was Brian from Aire Serv! I stated that he was early and he acknowledged saying that’s why he was still in the van, waiting until our agreed time. That was considerate…
I showed Brian the unit in my garage and the unit outside, behind the house. He told me he would check things out and let me know. Curiously, I watched Brian from my windows to see if he was in the backyard or the garage. He seemed to be testing the electrical, as I recognize the type of meter he was using. That’s funny… the technician from that other company didn’t check the electrical… Hmmm?
After 20 minutes, there was a knock on the door from the garage. It was Brian with his estimate. My eyes immediately looked for the total…$ 90. $ 90!!! Holy saving from that other estimate, Batman!!!
It appeared that one of the two fuses were blown that controlled the power to the A/​C unit. Brian recommended that both fuses should be replaced to ensure equal fuse life… whatever that means. Either way, Brian saved the day, restoring my A/​C, while saving me tons of money that the other company wanted me to spend. I couldn’t thank him enough. He declined my soda offer, but gladly accepted a cold bottle of water. He was considerate, professional, honest, friendly and most importantly… knowledgeable.
I will refer all my friends in Sacramento to call Aire Serv-​Sacramento for all their Heating and A/​C needs!!!

Had our new system put in a few years ago by the owner. It was crazy hot and they were able to make it work even with our crazy weird set up. His business has grown even more since. Just had our yearly maintenance done. Awesome service, polite and helpful. They were well prepared to keep our new carpets clean without me even asking. Super impressed.
