I don’t usually write reviews for food establishments, yet alone a frozen yogurt store, but I had a wonderful experience at Cups. I was immediately greeted by two very friendly workers with warm smiles. The atmosphere of the establishment was clean and inviting. The price for frozen yogurt is 52 cents/oz, not bad. Not only can you fill a standard cup for this amount, but you can also get a «waffle bowl» for the same amount, no extra charge! Needless to say… that’s what I did. I filled my cup, well«bowl», with cake batter and chocolate classic frozen yogurt. I topped it with cookie dough, thin mint cookies, Hershey chocolate chips, miniature M&M’s, hot caramel, and whipped cream. Delicious! My order came to $ 6.62, but I had a $ 1 off a $ 4 or more purchase coupon, which they gladly accepted, and my order came down to $ 5.62. The staff informed me that they are accepting all coupons and promotions.(This is good news for me when I have another sweet craving!!) I was very happy with my yogurt, the very friendly staff, and the clean atmosphere. Side note: the Cups in Clifton is very dirty and has a rotten oder throughout the establishment. Kudos to the Fair Lawn Cups staff for consistently keeping the store clean! I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Just your standard fro-yo establishment run by a bunch of high school-aged teens. I didn’t expect much from the flavors since its winter and most people aren’t going out in 10 degree temps for a cold treat… but oh, then there’s me. Anyways, everything is always pretty clean and they have all the toppings you could want. I was looking for the little cups to taste a flavor or two but, I didn’t see any so that stunk. Regardless I went with my usual: vanilla, brownies, cookie dough, walnuts, and oreos. Always hits the spot. There is also a pretty large candy bar towards the back where you can make-your-own bag and pay by the pound. Even though the teen attendants are nice, sometimes I wish there was an adult around. There is something off about walking into an establishment where the people behind the counter are talking about what happened between last period and their softball practice or gossiping. In the end it won’t stop me but just something to point out.

Yogurt is good, but way over priced. 52 cents per ounce… 3 girls stood around and gabbed the whole time I was there…

I LOVE Cups Frozen Yogurt! That being said, this location is not my favorite. My friend and I had a buy one get one free coupon and decided to go to this location because it was close to her house. Walking up, I took a closer look at the coupon and noticed it was pretty much valid at ALL of the other locations except the one where we were at. We still walked in hoping that they would still honor the coupon as a courtesy. We walk in and the girl working the counter immediately said they wouldn’t. Part of me gets this, but the other part of me wanted them to provide exceptional customer service and just let us use it… I mean come on, the free yogurt would have been less than $ 5. On top of that, the girl working had a stink face the entire time and looked like she hated life. It really irks me when people look and act miserable at their jobs. Like I mentioned, Cups is one of my favorite yogurt places. I’ll be back for sure but I’m going to make the farther drive to the Bergen town center location next time. Best Flavors– Red Velvet, NY cheesecake, Peanut butter, and their creamy chocolate is to die for! They also have a great selection of toppings ranging from candy, cereal, fruit, whipped cream, nuts, flavored syrups etc.

I like Cups– mind you they don’t have the favorites I love like Taro or Red Bean or Lychee fruit– but that’s because Ii am no longer in California the saving grace is they have the little bursting boba balls that make up for it. Evidently this is not the rage in the east coast– but its catching on thank goodness. They only have 1 size cup, odd but from a marketing perspective genius– filler-up! I pretty much come here at least twice a month and way more in the warmer weather. they don’t have coupons or ‘No Weight Wednesday” but if they did -* they would get a lot more business– They have this weird dancing video thing on the tv and the music is way too loud-and kinda odd– so I just fill and go–

They don’t paricipate in a lot of the special promotions that other Cups locations are part of. The one by the Bergen Town Center is much better. Made a special drive here(which actually took me past the other Cups location) for a disappointing discovery. Also, the parking lot of this strip mall is very unsafe. A woman almost backed into my car.

Today was my second time visiting this place. My father went to get a sample from the machine and it explosively sprayed all over his suit pants. When he brought it to the owners attention, she pretended she was not the owner and just said«that’s never happened before, sorry.» My father even mentioned that he would now have to have his suit dry cleaned, to which she responded«sorry». I understand not offering to pay for the dry cleaning, but she didn’t even pay for the frozen yogurt or offer a discount at the very least! Beyond disappointed in the service.

Toppings are always fresh, they have a great variety of flavors, their candy bar is extensive, and the place is roomy and clean, plus prices are reasonable. Couldn’t ask for more. Awesome place.

Food is great! Prices reasonable! But can’t they get rid of the videos they show on their TV’s of dancers and just play music in the background?

I have always enjoyed hard, classic ice cream so it was only natural that I was a skeptic when it came to frozen yogurt. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by two members of the staff in a polite manner, genuinely asking how my day was. It was my first visit to an establishment of this sort, so one of the staff members assisted me in the process. First, I picked a cup. They are all one size and you may fill them as you please. I then was given a wide selection of flavors to choose from, and even to sample first! I sampled two or three flavors before deciding on all three! So I filled my cup with the creamy yogurt and proceeded to the toppings bar. Everything up to this point was very clean, this being no exception. Everything was immaculate, and all the toppings had their own serving spoon. I chose a few of the fruits(VERY fresh) and other pickin’s. When I was ready and satisfied with my creation, I placed it on the scale at the register and paid($ 0.52/oz). I chose to sit inside in their very spacious seating area, complete with large purple and green couches. The girls were constantly cleaning and making sure everything was in place, ready for the next guest. Needless to say, I had an incredible experience at CUPS and will certainly be returning!

Considering the amount of frozen yogurt shops popping up, this place isn’t good. The consistency is too much like ice milk — it’s definitely not creamy in the least. The best thing is piling on the toppings to mask the not so great froyo underneath.

Went for the grand opening this past weekend. The flavor selection was fantastic. I loved the Salted Caramel Popcorn. Super clean, upbeat atmosphere, friendly staff. Great addition to the neighborhood.
