Super fast, efficient, and professional. I called to have someone fix my toilet, and they sent someone out the same day in less than 2 hours. The technician was friendly and professional. He explained the situation, and made me feel comfortable about what needed to be done to fix the problem. The whole appointment was less than an hour, which made me very happy. I would definitely recommend Roto-​Rooter to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

There was a problem with our toilet and I called they said they will send someone to the house within 3 hours. In less than half an hour, the technician Joseph (#3465) came to the house and took care of our problem. The service I receive was excellent and helpful.

Excellent, amazing to get a plumber within a 2 hour time frame. Came out immediately, diagnosed the problem then called me with a quote for labor and parts. One of the parts had to be purchased at warehouse and he did that the next morning and came out and installed it. This service is above and beyond for Hawaii. Immediate, professional, and reasonable price. I’ll be sure and call them again.
