Woody’s Tire Service

Had a flat before work and needed to get it looked at ASAP. There was a nail in tire from all of the road work they’re doing EVERYWHERE lately. Saw this place and decided to check it out.
Service was great– were able to help me in less than 10 minutes and have me on my way for a reasonable price. I’ve driven by here daily for years and never even noticed it– glad I found it. Would definitely come here again should I end up in a similar situation.

Woody’s is behind the diner. They are always working on something but never too busy to ask what you need. I’ve been here a few times for tire repair/​replacement. Very honest prices, quick service, great communication. The Chelsea government might want to make more of an effort to allocate funding for paving all the roads across the entire width and breadth of the city but don’t hold your breath. In the meantime, Woody’s will fix your tire (s).

I went to the Manchester NH store after discovering a bald tire. Service here is great and I was back on the road in less then an hour. Price is fair and the staff knew their stuff. This will be my go to place from now on.

Service was fast. I called ahead and they got 4 hard to find tires for me ready. They had the lock but device for my rim. Total time for 4 tires changed was about 40 minutes. Staff was quick and mike was a gentleman to my girlfriend. Thanks woodys!

These guys are great!
I had tires recently rotated at Pep Boys. I had an previous issue and needed to take of one of the tires to look at the suspension. The lug nut were extremely over tightened, and I ended stripping two of them badly. I went around to many shops (including Pep Boys) and they were either torqued too high, they didn’t want to try, or the were going to charge close to $ 100 to get them off. Other told me i’d need someone with a blow torch or air chisel to break them off.
The guy at NTB recommended I try this shop. They got to me right away, they said they’d give it a shot. I wish i knew the guys name, but he had to put in work! He eventually had to jump on the wrench to get them off, but he got both of them off in about 20 min!
I asked how much I owed and he said no charge. I felt bad cause I didn’t have cash to tip or something. He saved me a ton of money and time.
As for their regular tire services, I’m not sure. But several people came through for various tire repairs, and they seemed to be very quick and professional. Most people left with a huge «Thank You» and a smile on their face, so I assume they do a good job.
If I have a reason, I’ll come back to this shop for sure!

had to change and balance two rear tires today (purchased independently). overall experience was very similar to that described by the other users. Rob, the presumed owner, was super nice and helpful and didn’t try to sell me anything. will come back again.
