I had a good experience with Terra (Everett) many years ago, but that seems to be the exception not the rule. In the ensuing years I have reached out to Terra twice and have found the experience lacking. The last time I could never get return calls nor did they reach out to me for any opportunities. This time I had an appt with a recruiter, I was on time, early actually, only to find out the recruiter I was expecting to meet was not there. 20 minutes after my appt time I met with someone and felt rushed. I don’t feel like that person took any reasonable amount of time to get to know me, certainly didn’t ask me any good questions that would match me to a client and basically rushed me out the door.
I was told that I needed to contact their other offices and see what opportunities they had since they don’t share job information. So now I have «interviewed» with one office but need to reach out to the other offices who have never met me to see what they have available. It seems to me in today’s tech world and given that other agencies can do it, Terra is a bit out of touch.
I will use the appointment as one of my required contacts for unemployment but I certainly don’t expect that Terra will be the agency to place me.

I used to think staffing agencies were a joke especially after my experience with Select Staffing. Terra staffing changed my mind! Kiersten and Katie were amazing. They were professional and easy to talk to. They listened when I told them what kind of job I was looking for and really pulled through. I was hired with the second company I interviewed with! I had only been working with Terra for maybe 3 weeks. I thought it would take months! I start my new job in 2 weeks!
If you’re looking for a job go to Terre Staffing! You wont be disappointed!

I started working internally in this office as a temporary employee. Everyone is so great to work with and so supportive. Once they were able to hire me permanently, I was able to be a permanent part of the team. They all work so hard to find the right position for each person and making the companies happy as well! If you are looking for a job or know someone who is, I would highly recommend TERRA!
