About Jennifer:
I’ve developed a proprietary way of valuing real estate for the income it produces, or for the potential that it might offer once it has been given a face lift. The average buy and hold property that I’ve helped my clients purchase returns 11% (and often more) of their money on an annual basis before tax. On fix and flip investments, clients are often getting 35% (or more) depending on the property.
