Established in 2013.

Terra translated from Latin means Earth or land. As a Real Estate company, we felt the name appropriate. We felt our motto of «Down to Earth Property Management» was a solid foundation to build from. The word Terra is a homophone (2 words that sound the same, but are spelled differently) with Tara which also happens to be the first name of one of our proprietors, Tara Ross.

After working for many years as a successful real estate broker, Tom took his career to the next level by stepping up as the designated broker for a local property management company for five years. Taking the best of what he knew about operating a successful real estate and property management company, Tom created a model of profitability for landlords, incentive and security for tenants and a «Return the Referral Program» designed to return referrals back to real estate brokers when properties come available for sale… thus creating a win, win, win situation.
