Precision Collision Auto Body

Hmm… I started this review 2 years ago (literally) and forgot about it. lol.
I went to this location and they couldn’t help me with the particular issue I was having (I don’t recall what that was… maybe some specialized suspension alignment verification thing?), but whoever was helping me was very helpful in referring me to someone else who could help.
In short, they had good customer service back in late 2013.

I have used Precision Everett a couple of times for autobody repair and been really impressed both times. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to keep you updated on the status of your car repair. Both times they did an amazing job repairing the vehicle and they fully wash the inside and outside of the car! I will definitely keep going back to Precision Everett for any autobody repairs.

They are actually called ABRA Auto Body & Glass now.
Fantastic experience! The Receptionist (and master scheduler), Gabby, was very good at her job and impressive to watch. Jessica, the Customer Service Manager, was also very impressive. She kept in touch and made sure I was happy at every step and also answered emails very quickly! They shuttled me home when I dropped my car off and then picked me up when my car was ready. The driver was a young, sweet kid who seemed to love, and be very proud of, his job.
When I picked up my car, she was clean inside and out. They even noticed my low tire pressure light was on and the had sap on my side window and fixed both those issues for free.
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of body work. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

I never write reviews about anything but after getting my car back from ABRA I felt I must do so.
To start, I’ve never had an incident where I’ve needed to have work done on my car, so when my insurance company recommended this place after I got in a minor collision I was a bit worried about my car. I mean, my car is my baby and now it has to be left with random strangers to perform surgery on the body to make it look good again.
Jessica was the nice lady I worked with and she helped me through the whole process sending text messages along the way to track progress. Also called me on status updates.
When I arrived back to the shop after only four days, which fell on Christmas week, the car looked better then I’ve ever seen it before.
My GTI was washed and detailed inside and out, vacuumed, and sitting under shiny white lights in front ready to go.
So thankful to have had this team work on my car and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional service and great work.
Hope this review gives you a sense of ease about about bringing your car to an auto body shop. You won’t regret it!

Disappointing experience with ABRA Auto Body and Glass. Someone pulled in front of my wife while she was driving, causing extensive front end damage. We thought it would be totaled but the insurance company decided to have it repaired. It didn’t take long to realize that ABRA didn’t have the experience to repair our 2006 Audi. The first delay was when they ordered the wrong parts, had to send them back and order the correct ones. They didn’t have the tools required to refill the transmission and had to tow it to the dealership. After two months, we finally got the car back. Only to find that it was shaking bad as we drove it away. We brought it back and they found that one of the wheels had been put on wrong and the bolts were now stripped. They insisted that we had caused the problem and weren’t going to fix it. We found out that they never test drove the car! After a lot of back and forth, they finally fixed the car. We still are having problems with the engine that weren’t there before the accident. There are other problems with the steering that cause it to shake going done the freeway. We had an independent appraiser check out the car. He found that they moved the holes that attach the fender in order to get it to align properly. Now the air dam on the underneath of the car broke free and started dragging on the concrete. We still can’t get the car repaired correctly and aren’t getting any help. The car was worth $ 15,000 before the accident and is not even worth $ 5,000 after the repairs.
Stay away from ABRA and use someone else!

I have used these guys a couple different times. This week was the most recent. I didn’t bother getting a quote anywhere else because I am confident taking and leaving my car with Precision Collision/​Abra. The ENTIRE team was great! They even went above and beyond by buffing out a couple scratches that weren’t part of the damage acquired in this particular situation. I will always go to this place!!! Thank you for fixing my car!!!

My car was BEYOND REPAIR, But I really liked the people there.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. I can’t say enough good things about Precision Collision in Everett and the manager Mike Morehouse. I had some minor work that needed to be taken care of. I e-​mailed quite a few different places in the middle of the night (I work nights) to get some quotes and Mike was the first to respond at like six something in the morning; so that already hints at his work ethic.
I talked to a few different shops and my MINOR repair was going to be ridiculously high due to needing OEM parts from the dealer. Precision Collision still had a slightly lower estimate than the other shops. Well after talking to Mike he helped me to find the specific part I needed on my own online for ¹⁄₃ of the price from the dealership, and was still OEM. Anyways long story short he saved me hundreds of dollars. I talked to him several times for his expertise and once I had the part, he only charged me $ 39 for installation. His customer service was outstanding and all just for my minor repair; he offered to clean my vehicle which took longer than the repair (and looked great). Point is he made very little money off of me and treated me amazing. And the work looks perfect of course. Like I said, I HIGHLY recommend this place enough. I hope to not have to return here, but if I ever need work I will definitely be coming back to this place!

After 3 weeks of haggling with someone else’s insurance company I finally had hit my wits end on waiting to get the damage to my BRAND NEW CAR repaired. Got an estimate from Precision 2 days after it happenned and they were kind enough to call me and see if I was ready for the work to start. When I told Kelly that the girl who hit my car hadn’t contacted USAA to validate the situation and i was waiting on them she promptly called USAA and got approval to start the work.
2 days after dropping it off my car was returned to me, fully repaired, super clean, with zero hiccups in the process. The staff was totally friendly and accommodating. I would definitely take my car there again and refer them to any friends in the Everett area.
Bonus: they are next to an Enterprise so I easily got a rental to tide me over for the 2 days of repairs.
