Potala Village Everett

I currently live here and when it comes to the actual apartment, its beautiful, quiet and great for this area. If you find yourself having to live in this area, check out the potala village apartments, Erin the manager is amazing she goes above and beyond her daily schedule of things and takes care of us residents first. She recently added extra security to the building when she is not here, making us all feel a little bit safer at home. I love my one bedroom apartment, I get so many compliments from people about how Open it is, Lots of windows and Light shining in, and thats great for washington.
The Washer and Dryer are Huge, you can wash a king size comforter with room to spare and thats standard here. New appliances with dishwasher, large fridge and Kenmore Stove with a speed fast heat oven perfect for baking those home cooked meals. Hot water with intense pressure in the shower is also a nice little added luxury.
If you have a dog this building is VERY dog friendly, we all have at least one. You can get your walk on into the older neighborhoods of Everett and discover the old elegance that was built here with the older homes. It never gets old, just steps out of the front door and you have the waterfront, Xfinity Arena, Snohomish Court House, and tons of other great benefits to living right in the heart of Downtown Everett. So come check it out, But leave your worries behind because you might have found home. Good Luck!

My fiancé and I lived at Potala village for a year (2012 – 13) Initially we loved the apartment and the management, but about 2 months later that all changed. We have lived in many different apartments and have never had this many problems. They are extremely money hungry and aren’t afraid to screw people over. They charge for parking so we decided to only have one spot. They tried charging us for 2 spots for months! Then they said that we were $ 150 behind in utilities (which wasn’t true) but couldn’t prove it with the ridiculous «spread sheet» system they have. Upon move out they said that we owed $ 513 all for things they made up. We are still in the middle of a dispute with them and the manager, Tara, has made this experience even worse.
On top of everything that we have gone through, they tried to up our neighbors rent by $ 300 a month BEFORE their lease was up and forced them to move out ½ way through the lease.
