When there was a water leak in my condo a month and a half after purchasing, Emmanuel with MoistureID was absolutely incredible. I’m a Realtor. I work with contractors on a regular basis. He completely dried everything out and spearheaded an absolutely GORGEOUS reconstruction job in a very fast and timely manner. Not only that, but Emmanuel discovered another water leak in my wall! He then organized an amazing plumber to come out and make the fix quickly and affordably… saving me from having another catastrophic water intrusion incident relatively soon.
Emmanuel communicated with me every step of the way, worked with me and my HOA’s insurance companies flawlessly, made sure I was feeling good about the process and understood what was going on. I never once felt like I was kept in the dark. He reiterated frequently that he was very appreciative of my business, and is so trustworthy that I gave him a key to my unit for the entire length of repairs. He worked days, nights weekends… did whatever it would take to get me back home as soon as humanly possible.
