Can someone tell me why these idiots can never get an order right? Every single time they mess up! This is a minimum wage job.

I come here because I am hungry and need to eat in hurry, y’all know black can’t get hungry. Since I walk in the door I saw 1 Indian manager was taking customers order and 1 Spanish young girl was preparing the food. I can’t believe the next thing I saw, they were confronting to each other just because the Indian manager key in the wrong coffee for few times and that Spanish girl got frustrated. I don’t care what you guys do, just take my order.

Like most other McDonald’s, it seems this location has gotten worse with the introduction of all day breakfast. Be prepared to wait 15, 20 minutes for drive thru even if you order only 2 breakfast sandwiches. Depending on the staff sometimes you get a free order of small fries for your wait.

This is the worst McDonalds Ive ever seen. No cupholders, 15 minute wait in the drive-thru and the wrong order when I finally got to the window. Coffees and apple pies… how do you screw that up… And they made one of the coffees decaf… Poor service and clueless employees. This place is a perfect example of why fast food workers do not deserve the same pay scale as EMTs. And try changing the trash in the barrels out in the parking lot more than once a week.

It’s your typical McDonald’s, nothing special about it. It’s located in a busy area, which means plenty of turn over rate equaling fresh food. The staff are friendly, but slow and not the brightest. It’s very hard to mess up an order, but somehow they tend to do it alot. The store is big and modern, it’s well maintained and clean, as well as the bathrooms. It’s open pretty late.

So it McDonalds at a T intersection. It is convenient when ur starving and have no idea where you are and you are staring at any sign of food at the stop light. Yep sometimes you gotta settle for McDonalds and can’t drive any further to look for food. Like a car that runs out of fuel, this is the nearest gas station– food station.

This place has never being good compared to others MC I have being to, and it’s getting worse by the visit. My kid loves the wraps, and it is the closest to our house, and that’s the reason we keep trying it. Last night was the worst ever. The wraps we order was extremely badly wrapped, falling apart. The bottom of it was never folded and the whole thing was falling and leaking. The service was even worse, seems like the managers were having their own issues, the rest of the staff didn’t care for anybody else in the restaurant but them selfs. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Me and my family will be going further into town to find another MC, but we are not going back to this one.

My expectation of McDonalds are very low but this site continually falls short. I’ve stopped by a handful of times and without exception each visit was painful. Without detailed stories of their failures, let’s just say they were all encompassing. Long waits, cold food, long waits, coffee made wrong, long waits, food missing, and did I mention the long waits? And it’s hasn’t even been busy during any of my visits. It’s just that the employee could not care less. They hate the fact that they’re there, and they hate the fact that you’re there. The good news for them is that they won’t have to worry about me any more.

Maybe 1.5 stars is about right. From a food perspective, every single McDonald’s in the world serves the same food. So, 3 stars right off the bat for the chain. What makes this place lose the default 2 stars is the service. I’ve only been inside once since they have a drive through. That one time, it was a complete clusterfuck. IT must have taken me over 10 minutes to get in and out. I walk in and there is already 2 customers waiting for their orders, and 1 person ahead of me in line. Then 2 separate customers came up to complain about their orders being wrong. They had to go get a manager for that. There was 1 guy that ignored everything that was going on and only stared into space while putting paper on the trays. Another time, they ran into trouble with the LivingSocial deal where we were told to pay another $ 2 after using the coupon. The cashier’s explanation was that she charged all other customers the same way, so why should it be any different. Messing up hundreds of other orders doesn’t mean you should continue doing the same.

I find it hard to give any mega-fast food chain anything more than three stars. After all… these places are a dime a dozen. So, if you’re adequate, you get three stars. I’ve only ever been to the drive-thru here, but regardless of when I go, they are always pretty. They went through a renovation a little bit ago, and it looks nicer on the outside now. For a while, there was construction on the street right in front of it, so that made traffic a nightmare! This McD’s has never messed up an order of mine, but they have never gone above and beyond either. My one complaint is that their fries are always too dark and overcooked(change your oil more frequently, dammit!). But other than that, I’ve never really had a problem here, so three stars for them!

This is the mcdonalds I go to when I bring my honda for servicing at the dealership next door, never experience problems ordering inside or through the drive-thru. I like how they renovated the inside of the mcdonalds recently, and $ 0.39 ice cream cones. Otherwise its just like any other mcdonalds.

Just read Nena’s review &TOTALLY Agree… You pull up they say, Can I help you… I start to order & then mid speak — They say, Wait — What… This place is a joke. Normally messes up orders & then has the nerve to be rude when asked to fix it… Everytime I go there is someone different working & I unfortunately frequent due to location & my sons love of Chicken Nuggets… so either the turn over is ridiculous or they just cant seem to keep people employed!

At night, the lights are on but nobody’s home. They ignore you at the speaker so you think they’re closed. NOTSLICK. I worked fast food a long time ago, I know how it goes. I wanted to call corporate because this is just a sorry ass store with a semi-convenient location. Too bad. The food is hit or miss. The service… Hit or miss. I make the longer trip to a further away location if I’m in the mood for a McDouble.

Constant Overcharge of meals. There is a pretty young latin girl in the morning. I will ask for a no. 10 breakfast combo and with an upgrade of OJ. Instead she will give me the steak bagel and charge an individual price and then charge a Med OJ individual price. Now she was corrected 2 weeks prior by a manager onsite when I questioned the price. So I go in again today and again same mistake. The price is about a $ 1.00 more when billing every thing individually. I called and the manager stated they would reimburse me but its a pain in the butt that twice now I have been overcharged and the same person has trouble learning to bill correctly and not overcharge.
