The four stars are solely based on Tina. Tina is the best she always makes sure my mani/​pedi is perfect. My shellac manicure usually lasts three weeks when she does my nails. I always walk out of there happy!

I got a pedicure here which was good, I got a gel manicure which was mediocre, and then I got very annoyed when this place was not open 25 minutes after they were supposed open. You shouldn’t be able to say «drop-​in welcome» and not be open when you say you’re going to be open. I was really counting on this place for a pedicure before my vacation. Sad.

Had my nails done by Mindy who was wonderful. She did a great job. She had to remove a full set of acrylics and repair damage done by another salon-​she was patient and precise and also very friendly I will definitely will be going back !!!

I’ve been here two times, and the second time I had a not so pleasant experience.
I got my lashes done, so far they are great, so I recommend you coming here for that. And I got an amazing pedicure !!! So again, I recommend you go there for that.
What disappointed me was my gel manicure.
Tina is very sweet and efficient and she does an amazing job at making sure you feel like a princess, she referred to me as such multiple times lol, but I left there with more hangnails from wrongly cut cuticles and was bleeding because she cut them too deep on multiple fingers.
I’m not sure if I got her on a bad day, but there’s no reason why the skin around my nails should look they way do now.
Other than that, the place is very clean and I felt very comfortable being there.

I gave them another chance for a manicure. I have been a customer of the Chelsea shop for a couple of years but the Everett one is closer to work. The first time I went to the Everett shop I had Ben and he did a great job on both feet and fingers. Next time I went, I got a slightly older woman who was very pleasant but did a horrible job on my gel nails. When I tried to say how bad they were, she kept insisting that «you picked that color». It had nothing to do with the color. It had everything to do with leaving the shop with nails that looked fake, like they were already a week grown out and no polish on the sides! Since it was clear that she was not understanding me (or pretending not to) and it had already taken WAY TOO LONG. I just left. When I showed my friends, they LAUGHED! A couple of days later I called to try to come in to have them fixed and this same woman answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager and she hung up on me. When I called back she said «You come in. I fix». I did NOT want to have her «fix» and since I couldn’t reach the manager, I gave up and went to the Chelsea shop where May did an excellent job.
So this morning I need my nails done so I called the Everett shop and asked for an appointment with Ben. No problem they said. Come in at 11:30 — the time I requested. Well when I got there, there is NO BEN. «Ben no working today»!! WOW So I said ok then who can do my nails (the original woman actually pointed to the woman next to her). I breathed a sigh of relief that I didn’t have to say I didn’t want the original woman to do my nails. WELL, although this one wasn’t AS bad, my nails really look horrible. AND she filed several nails so much that they are way shorter than the others. It’s like they have no clue how to put on polish or file nails! They’re streaked with lines, little marks, scratched and just look nasty. Since clearly neither of these woman know how to do a gel manicure, I didn’t bother to even ask her to fix it. I just won’t be going back. If the manager/​owner is wondering why the Everett shop isn’t doing very well, he might look into getting rid of the two ladies who were working today, October 30 at 11:30 a.m.

Although I have had great pedicures and nothing bad to say there, my eyelash experience has been a nightmare. Yes the price was right, but you always get what you pay for. I was told they would last about 2 weeks, after 4 weeks the glue was still so painful I had to go see a specialist. I lost over 85% of my natural eyelashes — my eyes were literally bald when the extensions were done coming out. Hysterical doesn’t quite cover how I reacted; wouldn’t you be? I had to spend hundreds to get mink lashes put on — oh, the ones Fancy uses are plastic and they melted to my lashes while cooking dinner; I was never warned, and my lashes are STILL thinner than ever, after 2.5 hours of work. Please don’t make the mistake I did!

I went into the nail salon for the first time. The ambiance and décor is amazing and clean. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Tony, the owner, is very customer conscientious — taking my phone and charging it for me. Then my pedicure with John began. Wonderful experience. He took his time and gave the best massage on my legs ever. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience this morning.

So glad to have found this place! I tried them shortly after they opened and haven’t been anywhere else since! Tony and Ben both do amazing jobs! I am very particular with my nails and never even have to pay attention, knowing that I am safe in their hands! The décor is beautiful everything is brand new!
