There’s a Hispanic lady with short hair, She’s the best! She gave my son his first haircut. It was super difficult because of how young he is. Now there was a chubby blonde chick and a skinny blonde chick with long hair, Now those 2 are horrible ! They kept bothering the old Hispanic lady when she was takin care of us. RUDE! The one with the long hair was telling the Hispanic lady to go great the customers up front while she was cutting my fiancés hair! The chubby one was scolding the elder lady as we were checking out ! Terrible customer service !

When I go in for a haircut and see only one employee busy with someone else it raises concern. Yes, it was a Monday evening but the other employee had been in the break room preparing to go home. I had called ahead and made a 4:15 appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. They had plenty of notice that I was coming and in need of a trim yet she seemed annoyed that she had to get out her kit again to deal with me. Once our actual interaction began, I discovered that she hardly spoke English. If you are performing a service such as a haircut, I would hope that you can speak enough English so I am not concerned that you will cut it incorrectly. Her washing my hair was nice but it was a bit annoying that she seemed to not know where to find the shampoo. Once she started combing my hair and cutting it, she was a bit aggressive with the comb and when I left the back of my neck felt uncomfortable. No effort was made to compare the length of the front of my hair to the back and when I returned home, I discovered that no effort had been made to cut it either. If you want a cheap, quick haircut, go for it. I wouldn’t go in with high expectations.

Kimberly has cut my hair for a couple of years now. She’s the first hairdresser in a decade who believed me when I said«short» and I actually got what I wanted! My hair is curly and sometimes I plan to wear it that way and she cuts it well. However, I may need to look businesslike and go for a straighter look and she’s great with that too. Like I said, Kimberly listens to what I want — a rare trait in a hairdresser — and doesn’t even try to talk me out of things. I don’t pick a hairdresser by the business name, but by the stylist, so I give Kimberly a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5.
