Fix 4 Less Auto Repair

I had called around to get a quote on a new wheel bearing for my 97 Acura TL a couple weeks ago, and after talking to about five or six decently rated shops in the area, I received my best quote from Fix 4 Less, saving us quite a bit more than what other shops wanted to charge us for the parts and labor. While setting up to work on the car, the mechanic saw that it was instead a different procedure than originally thought to change out the bearing, but still honored the lowest price quoted to me despite. All in all, even though there was a slight discrepancy in the time I would have to wait for my car (which was due to a computer error rather than that of an employee), I was treated very well while waiting for my car to be finished, and was given the best service at a much better price than that of any other shop. The entire staff including the owner were there while I waited and all were very friendly and personable as well as professional, making it their priority that I walked out of there completely satisfied with the work done that morning. I would recommend ANYONE in this area check out Fix 4 Less, as they are who I will be taking my cars to from now on, for all of the work that we can’t, or prefer not to, do at home. I have spent a lot of my time in the past researching shops to bring vehicles in the past, always looking to find that special one I can trust to bring my car to as well as one that I can depend on the employees to be honest and reliable – honestly it can be a headache trying to find that «perfect mechanic/​shop» in which I can get all of that from. After the experience I had at Fix 4 Less, I think it’s one less thing I’ll have to worry about in the future and we look forward to bringing our car back! Thanks so much!

They are completely ethical and honest, Quote was extremely reasonable and ended up being less than that at the time of paying. A few weeks ago my car started overheating (again). I have a 2001 Land Rover and every time it needs repair it can be very costly. I was getting something for lunch and needed to be back to my office in an hour. I stopped in O’Reilly’s on Broadway and asked them if they could suggest someone to take a look at it. They gave me Jeff’s number. I called and in a panic asked if there was any chance he could see it right then. He didn’t hesitate and told me to come right in. I told him I needed to be back to my office in about 30 minutes. He said he would take a look and if he could fix it he would right then and if not he could take me back to work and then keep working on it. About 25 minutes later he came back with a smile on his face and told me it was fixed up but he needed to get another part to finish it. He had been racing around the garage doing everything he could to get it done. He sent me on my way and told me to bring it back the next week when it was convenient. He didn’t charge me anything at all that day. One of my dogs had surgery earlier that week and I was really relieved to be able to head home right after work and not be stranded in Everett. It was one of those times that you are just so thankful for the kindness of someone you barely know.
I brought it back the next week and he finished the work, costing me less than $ 100. I can’t say how much it meant to me that he worked so hard to get me in and out and back to work. I don’t know much about cars and I felt really comfortable that Jeff was so kind and honest about what needed to be done. If you need any work done on your car, take it here!!!

Jeff has been our mechanic for a couple of years now. He is honest and dedicated to making customers happy. We have hired him for simple jobs and complex engine swaps. He always ensures that the job is done right, even when post engine swap issues arise.

Jeff is really good and honest. Went here to do my oil which is inexpensive and he saw wires hanging out of everywhere in my car he ask me if i want him to bundle it up make it out of the way. He does more then you expect. :)

Jeff has worked on my vehicles at previous shops for several years, from my F150 to my Subaru, and now my 4Runner. He has always been quick and honest, letting me know what needed to be replaced, what could wait, and real time frames of how long some worn parts should last.
