Everett Computer Clinic

I had a non-​responsive boot-​up issue with my desktop computer and I wanted to try a local repair business in Everett. I found Computer Clinic online via a Google search. I looked at the online price list, and business hours, then I took in my CPU into the Everett location. The Technician/​Owner is a nice soft spoken quiet type person. I felt like I did the majority of talking during my visits and I was hoping that he was going to return more dialog after he spent some time with the CPU. I was told that both hard drives need to be replaced and the motherboard was dead. I supplied the Computer Clinic with a new hard drive so that data could be transfer over from the old drives. Two of my very important folders from my old backup drive never got transferred to the new drive. I visited the office a total of 3 times. Computer Clinic operates with very little verbal communication with the customer, so I didn’t feel confident that everything possible was done for recovering my data. I didn’t want to take any additional risks with recovering my data so I’m going back to a different data recovery service I used 6 years ago down in Seattle (great results and excellent detailed descriptions). Computer Clinic in Everett might be okay for most people, but I like it when the service provider explains details and possible options.

When my laptop’s keyboard stopped working due to a drop of water, I wasn’t sure what to do but came to these guys. First thing I saw was one of the employee’s treating this elderly woman with care and respect, and showing her how to do everything she needed to know. It was great to see their patience and expertise. I knew right away these guys would be great.
They got my computer fixed for about $ 240, and it worked perfectly. They put in a new magic mouse pad and keyboard. I took it home and realized the Airport (wifi) wasn’t working, so I brought it back the next day. They quickly figured out they may have made a piece loose, they tightened it, and fixed it within minutes on the spot.
Both employee’s I met were kind, respectful, down to earth, and have earned a new loyal customer. Great work guys! You earned a five star!

I had a good experience here. Very easy to check in, they ordered a fan for my laptop and it was good as new. It had been so long that I forgot my password! He even tried to help me reset it, but luckily I remembered it after a few minutes.

These guys are amazing! I spilled green tea on my macbook the week before finals, and was panicking. I brought my laptop in towards the end of the day and explained what had happened, and they told me it would take 3 days to get the prognosis. Well, the very next morning they called and had fixed my laptop! They took it apart, cleaned out the damage, and then ran diagnostics to ensure everything was tip-​top. It was 100 bucks all said and done, which is nothing compared to buying a new computer. Having my laptop back with all of my coursework that I had spend DAYS on was priceless. I really appreciated that they worked hard to get the work done fast so that I could have my laptop back– they really care about their customers and as I sit here typing this review on my macbook I know that if I ever need computer work done again I will be going back.

I was really impressed with Shawn. We went in with a charging issue on a mac and within a few minutes Shawn found out that it was the charger that had gone bad. He was very polite and gave us a new charger for 40 bucks. Apple was going to charge us 700 dollars for the repair. Craziness. Over all, I was super happy with my visit and will recommend them to friends.

I know nothing about computers but these guys fixed my charging issue fairly quickly. It took about 6 days to get the part in and fix the issue. They were friendly and got the job done. He gave me a quote and it ended up costing on the very bottom end of the range he told me… no complaints :)

Sam is the mastermind of local computers, in Marysville and Everett. He has helped me so many times I can’t count it on my fingers. This Everett location is just as comprehensive for all your computer needs, as his Marysville spot. Well deserved, of a great review!

They do good work but are sloooow… Don’t expect same day or next day service here.
