History

Established in 2005.

Cascade Creations NW is a husband and wife partnership which originally specialized in exterior rejuvination and remodeling, but then the resession hit in 2006. We downsized from a company of 12 workers down to just 2. Our most stable income has been fabricating and installing gutters, which Tanya has been doing since 1998 making her one of the first (if not the first) woman gutter fabricator (s) in the state of Washington (if not the west coast). That made gutters the easy choice for furthur specialization.

Now, Caascade Creations NW is the specialist in the greater Puget Sound area for seamless aluminum and copper gutters.

I needed to get new gutters installed on my house and another building. Tanya and Ryan showed up on time and did the job in a quick, efficient and totally professional manner. I thought that I was going to need some repairs before the work began, but they determined that the repairs were unnecessary and that saved me some money. This kind of honesty is not as common as it should be and I applaud them for that. If you need new gutters at a very fair price, give Tanya and Ryan a call. You’ll be glad you did!

Tanya and Ryan were referred by a friend who used them to install new gutters on his house and he was very pleased. I had the roof on my house replaced a few years ago and one modification was to eliminate the internal gutters. I hired Tanya and Ryan. They did an amazing job installing and crafting the gutters on a rather tricky fascia angle. That, alone, warrants 5 stars. Where they really impressed was after the installation. During heavy rains, water dripped from behind the gutter down the fascia. They came back 5 times during varying rain intensity and spent half a day trying to recreate the condition. Once they determined what the issue was, they installed a flashing and solved the problem. At no charge. It’s rare for a contractor that does residential work to give such exceptional customer service. I own a waterproofing company and they are the only company I refer for my clients that need gutter work.
Also, the mesh gutter covers they sell and install are worth every penny. Before the new gutters and mesh screen were installed, I had to clear the internal gutters 10 to 15 times each winter (always during the nastiest weather conditions). Problem is eliminated.

I did not have a large job, but it was a pleasure to deal with Tanya. She just finished her downspout work and it looks great, the work was done quickly and efficiently. The price was fair and I appreciate the fact she is not one of those services who require payment in advance. I like to see the outcome of the work before I pay.

I am a contractor that has used Cascade Creations on a dozen or so projects. Ryan & Tanya are professional, skilled & fair priced. I’ve never once had an issue with their work/gutters and they are my 1^st call when I need gutters installed. I highly recommend Cascade to anybody needing new gutters.
