Technician who came out was on time.
We had several items needed to be looked at. He told us exactly what was wrong with all items so we could go and replace the parts on our own since they were easy fixes.

I highly recommend Apollo Plumbing. They’re technician (Mathew) was very professional and helpful. He took the time to explain the details and he was very respectful while in my home. He took his shoes off every time he came in, even after I told him that he could wear them in if it was a pain to take them off every time. His repair was excellent as well. Very happy with Apollo!

We bought a new dishwasher and it was to be installed last Saturday. The installation guys were unable to install it because the shut off under the sink wouldn’t shut all the way off and needed replaced (angle stop).
Hubby called Apollo to set up an appointment. He was told it was $ 50 to come out, but if he had any work done that $ 50 would roll into the cost of the job.
He set the appointment for Tuesday around 1pm. About 5 minutes before the appointment time, he got a call that they couldn’t be there after all but could come the next day around 3. No biggie, that still worked.
So yesterday, the plumber arrives, nice guy. But right away he starts to find costly things that he feels should get fixed/​replaced. For example, he offered to replace our sink faucet at the tune of around $ 500.
Tells my husband that the job he was there for was going to be $ 75 on top of the $ 50 estimate. My husband informed him that the lady who made the appointment said it would roll into the cost of the job. So they agreed on $ 75 total for the job.
The water had to be shut off from the main house shut off, so that was done. The job took about 15 minutes tops. So far ok…
Then plumber goes to turn the water back on. He turns on the hose on the outside of the garage to make sure the water is running. Well lo-​and-​behold, now the «bib» that the hose is hooked to won’t turn off. Plumber tinkers with it, then says it isn’t fixable and he’d have to replace it. But it was not going to be cheap. (By the way, this had happened earlier this summer and I was able to shut the water at the bib off by tightening the screw… so…yah…)
Plumber takes way less time to replace the bib that he did for the job he was initially there for — then he charges $ 325 for it!!!
My husband called him out on it and told him it was obvious he’d been out to scam us for more money right from the start. The guy just shrugs and says that’s the cost. Nothing he can do about it.
Total bill ends up being $ 436.80 instead of $ 75.
After dinner I go to start up the dishwasher… no water… Call hubby upstairs. He turns the handle to turn the water on for the dishwasher, and water goes spraying everywhere! The plumber didn’t even hook the hose back up to the dishwasher!!! So we have to do that — should we charge $ 75 for it, or how about $ 325?
Top that off with he didn’t even replace the cover on the water shut off outside. I had to do it this morning.
It was obvious this guy wasn’t going to leave with only a $ 75 job, he succeeded.

We have had this business do quite a lot for us over the last 6-​months/​year. We’ve paid them a lot of money (by our estimation) and always the service is fine.
The last straw, however, is when they had to come out and redo a plumbing leak because the extra inch or so was not caught the first time their guy was out. Well, we were told, these things happen. But then we’re told that the «whole thing should’ve been replaced.» Well, if that is the case, why wasn’t it done the first time?
So, for $ 260×2 — we hopefully have a fixed leak.
DH called this business 2 days ago and asked to speak with the owner about an adjustment. Office gal said she’d get back with him — which didn’t happen.
Today, DH calls and has to talk with the office gal about this who finally said she’d have the owner call. Duh… DH then asked the owner for an adjustment on the bill for doing, basically, the same thing the 2^nd time that we feel should’ve been done the first time. Didn’t ask to pay nothing, just an adjustment — not another full charge. Owner flat out refused.
Take your business elsewhere. Still on the hunt for a reputable, honest, fair dealing plumbing company. Do they exist? If anyone knows of one in the Everett area — let me know!

We recently bought a house and need some plumbing to be done. We contacted them for an initial quote and Matthew came out to our house a couple days later. He was polite, professional, and did everything in a timely manner.
We decided to go with them to do the work — he made us feel comfortable about his knowledge and the work he would do. You could tell he not only knew what he was doing but he wasn’t going to do a poor job.
He gave us another quote for other work we want done and we will be scheduling that soon. When it comes to your house you want the best and the brightest doing the work and it may not be cheap but it’s done right and lasts. forever.

I believe they try to scam you by making you pay $ 50 for an estimate, then bidding so high that you would have to be uninformed or just plain lazy to accept the bid. They win both ways, if you say no they got your $ 50 simply for driving to your house. If you say yes they get to really stick it to you. I had an issue at the house that I am renting. the tailpiece (the first pipe section coming down from your sink) was missing a washer so the slip nut that is supposed to attach it to the next section of pipe was not creating a seal and therefore the tailpiece was just loosely sitting in the next section of pipe. This is not a problem unless you have a clog, in which case it will overflow and flood the cabinet under your sink. The plumber came out and said that he would have to run a pipe snake to clear debris from the p trap, he would have to replace the tailpiece and it would cost over $ 400. Now, I can fix this myself in about 10 minutes including the installation of a new tail piece. New tailpiece, a new washer, plug the other sink, use a plunger on the other side and voila! Ptrap is cleared. I didn’t to this because we just moved in and my tools are packed up somewhere in the garage. That and fact that I am renting and have other things I would like to do with my time. I decided I will just find my tools and charge the landlord $ 75 for my time. Plumbers are professionals and they deserve to make a good living as some of the thing they have to deal with are pretty disgusting, but this is just plain dishonest.
Update: My landlord said that the estimate was closer to $ 500. I bought a new Tailpiece and plastic compression washer for under $ 4 at Home depot. It took me less than 5 minutes to install. Everything works great and there are no leaks. I charged Her $ 75 (and almost felt guilty about it) for my time. Apollo wanted $ 100 per minute, wow, that is an expensive plumber even if their work is «guaranteed».

Quinn at Apollo came out to help on a quote for a job that Beacon Plumbing had done for me. He was great, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend his services. On the other hand be sure to avoid Beacon. They are misleading and over-​priced. Someone should clue in #24 to reconsider who is representing.

After a failed attempt at replacing the shut off valve to my toilet myself, I called Apollo Plumbing and they were great. Mark was on time for the scheduled appointment and was fast and efficient at completing the job. Absolutely great experience, and I will definitely use them again.

We have had the best experiences with Apollo and especially Mark!
We haven’t been lucky with our home. After purchasing it two years ago, we found out that our hot water tank needed to be replaced. After one call, Mark was quickly dispatched and made a bad situation a pleasant one! He was curteous, and helpful and did the job in no time. We had no complaints, in fact, when our next issue came up, the overflow value in the tub going out (our house is 48 years old), we quickly called Apollo again! This time they sent Mark out again and again he worked quickly, was courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He made a bad situation (picture your ceiling raining) so much better! So glad to have Mark on our side!
So the third time, Tuesday night, more plumbing issues. Our sump pump in our basement went on and wouldn’t stop. My husband I were in a panic. It was raining of course. So without even thinking we grab the phone to call Apollo thinking that we would leave a message but Mark answered and man was I ever more happy to hear a recognizable voice. He «talked us down from our ledge!» Said he would be right out in the morning. Was already putting it on the books and even attempted to trouble shoot a few things with my husband. I’m telling you, we would not have slept that night if he hadn’t helped us! Next day Debbie in the office called to confirm and he was out here right away and made a bad situation right. No time was wasted! At this point I feel like I should invite him to a BBQ! He has been that good to us! I never feel like I am getting a raw deal. He is cheerful and helpful (he even took the time to explain how sump pumps work to me)
I’m hoping that our water issues are over. Your only supposed to ever «need a plumber once every 7 years «. But I have faith that if we don’t make it another 7 years (or even if we do), we will feel 100% confident in calling Mark and Apollo plumbing!

Mark was very professional, courteous, and able to work around my schedule to fix a drain clog that I had already tried every trick in the book to clear. A tough job, that included cutting of multiple sections of pipe, replacing waste overflow to my tub, and replacing 3 old metal joints in the piping. All in a crawlspace that was no more than 2 ½ feet tall! Price was fair, work was impeccably done, and within the estimated cost. Thanks Apollo!

I intended to hire this company based upon the other good reviews. The woman who answered the phone and took my information was incredibly nice, pleasant and cheerful. I felt really optimistic (never having used these guys in the past). The plumber called me from the road about thirty minutes later (great turnaround time), but that’s the last good thing I can say. He was rude, argumentative, and condescending. He called me «ma’am» in a very condescending tone over and over again. Our contractor said we needed a plumber to cap a leaking supply line in the wall so that they could demo and replace the area damaged by water – but first needed to stop the leaking water. The Apollo plumber (who has never been to our house or seen the damage that our contractor had already diagnosed), said that he couldn’t cap the line unless 1) the contractor had already demo’d and cleaned up or 2) he did the demo himself which would not be covered by our insurance. I told him that this not only didn’t make any logical sense, but was exactly the opposite of what the contractor told us was needed. He then informed me that he was a licensed plumber with ten years of experience, and said that our contractor was not. I cancelled the appointment and called another company who confirmed everything our contractor had already said, so I hired them.

These guys are great! A pleasant voice answered the phone and scheduled my appointment.
They came out next day and were super friendly and professional. Dan was my technician and he got the job done!
I had bought a new garbage disposal and he installed it, connected to my dishwasher and had it up in running in no time.
Prices seemed to be fair.
I highly recommend Apollo Plumbing!

Lost an diamond earring down the drain. I hoped to be able to undo the gooseneck pipe below my sink to get it. Apollo plumping connected the sink after I had a new granite counter and sink installed. The plumper from Apollo glued the all of fittings together. There is a disconnect at the sink & disposal, but the rest of the pipes to the wall are cemented together. This is great to prevent leaks, but now I have to hire someone to cut the pipes to check the gooseneck fitting. I paid $ 800 for a job that still haunts me.

Matt showed up right on time as scheduled, knew exactly what to do and performed high quality workmanship. He is friendly and polite. He kept me informed about his progress and finished the job quickly without leaving anything incomplete. Plus, Debbie was GREAT on the phone setting up a date and time for me — she started the ball rolling in what turned out to be an all around excellent service experience. Will surely call again next time we need plumbing repairs or upgrades.

We had to put in a backwater prevention device per the city of Everett, and boy did I dread the inconvenience of having workmen traipsing through my basement and digging in my yard. Also, I’d dealt with my share of contractors, and looked forward to that like I look forward to talking to Comcast about why my cable isn’t working. So after I worked myself up to it I called Apollo, one if the half-​dozen or so contractors on the list that the city gave me.
From that point on it couldn’t have been easier. Patrick was the guy in charge, and he always showed up on time, was ready to go to work, and clearly had his head in the game. His guys were friendly; no one was smoking, goofing off, or coming upstairs to snoop around.
They probably could have done the whole job (which included tearing up concrete in my basement to install the device since the sewer pipe in the yard was 6 feet down) if I had been available for two whole days. However, since I wasn’t, they worked around my schedule.
Their work passed the city inspection, looks great, and functions fine as far as I can tell. If I ever need a plumber I’ll call these guys again.

I called Apollo to replace the wax ring seal on my master bath toilet. The returned my request through Angies list within 2 hours and had a plumber out the very next day. Matthew, the plumber, was even able to arrive early. He was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and communicative about the process of the repair. Unfortunately upon lifting the toilet he found some water damage. Matthew walked me through my options. When I decided that I didn’t want to put the toilet back on, but rather contain the problem and have it treated, he contacted another company Apollo works with to assess the issue. He stayed until they arrived (just in case I decided to go ahead and put the toilet back on). While this new crew tried to explain to me the process of the repair, I got confused. Matthew stayed and translated for me :) until he was sure I understood what needed to be done and felt comfortable with the new group. He charged me only for taking the toilet up and gave me his contact information. He said that if I start to feel uncomfortable with anything or had more questions, I could give him a call anytime.
I was super impressed with Apollo and although I hope I never need them :) they have my business from now on.

I called and they did do everything to fit me in. When guy arrived he was confused by what the water district told him they had already done (run a camera from road in 85 feet and there was no blockage). Bottom line I said I need to know cost of work before you just start adding up and he said $ 895. I passed because he gave no reasoning, just a fee and didn’t seem knowledgable.
I hired a co right after and it was 495 to do all work.

Mark, with Apollo Plumbing, was great. The whole company is great.
Perfect service. We couldn’t afford the camera service and roto-​rootering of our clogged waste line. Mark gave us a break and skipped the camera. The clog was cleared and on Sunday too! Customer service seems prime to this firm and it shows. I’ve been in construction for 25 years and have dealt with various plumbing firms. This is a good one — very good.

I manage multiple properties in the Lake Stevens area. Recently I had major plumbing issues. I contacted multiple different plumbing companies in the area, to have them qoute the repairs for my buildings. The other companies were reluctant, flakey or were not available within a reasonable time frame.
I called Apollo Plumbing once in the evening, they sent someone out the very next morning and I had a qoute within 24 hours after placing the initial call. The pricing was fair and they patiently worked with us as we had to coordinate their work with other vendors.
Once they came out for the job, they were quick, professional and happy to answer all my questions.
I have used Apollo Plumbing for repairs on sites I previously managed as well, over the past few years, they consistently provide quick and professional work!
I would definitely recommend their services!
