We use a truck-​mount with water temperature of 230 °F. With lots of vacuum so that your carpets dry fast

Good service! I called at 2:00 after being stood up by another company for a 12:00 appointment; my house was prepped and the only day we could do it was today as we are moving, Jerry was here by 3:30.
Price: I was quoted by the first company $ 154 for 2BR, Large couch, Over sized Chair and LR, DR. Jerry was able to do everything for $ 165 (fair given the bind I was in).
Service: He is a home owned business, and utilizes a ROTO VAC system this thing is amazing! it swirls 360 degrees like a scrubber while shooting water into the carpet and re moving it, I have never seen a carpet machine do this great of a job! We had some pretty high traffic areas and they are clean! The upholstery came out awesome, our furniture is 5 years old and I swear it looks like the day we bought it.
