We bake fresh pizza and bread daily, with our wood-fired oven on site. Come enjoy an authentic Italian experience with an extensive wine menu! We do quick carry-out and delivery, as well.
History
Established in 2006.
We opened Trattoria D.O.C.‘s doors one fine spring day back in 2006. Friends and neighbors kept peeking in the windows to see what we were up to… a complete remodeling job along with installing our wood burning oven and bar. My sister Giuliana and I could no longer wait… we had our liquor license and as luck would have it, plenty of wine in stock so we opened the door and let our first customer in, explaining how we were not truly open, and really, the staff was not trained, and our computer system would not be arriving for another 2 weeks… and as we were going through a litany of excuses about how unprepared (and nervous!) we were, people started noticing the door was open and coming in. They loved the food and wine. I am sure they thought we were crazy for trying to run a restaurant without any computers. We did it all by hand, we shouted orders to the chefs and explained our menu to those first customers. We learned alot those first few weeks, and over the months
