Hayden’s International Gymnastics Academy

We love Hayden’s! We are new to the area and checked out a lot of the competition before deciding where to enroll. Everyone is so nice and professional. The facilities are in great condition and everything is clean. The office staff was every accommodating and we never felt pushed to commit. The parents are very friendly and made us feel right at home. The coaches are highly skilled and my daughter is getting first class coaching!

Hayden’s Gym lost a customer today because of their employees’ poor customer service. While in the office, during posted hours, with no other customers waiting, for ten minutes, I was passed by no less than six different employees that barely acknowledged my presence and never once asked if I needed help. I did need help, hence the office hours. I would not patronize, for one moment, an organization with such a horrible level of customer service, let alone pay to expose my child to it.
As far as the gymnastics instruction, well I can only assume it’s as lackadaisical as their interactions with prospective customers. Their bathroom WAS clean, so I might consider Hayden’s Gym to fill that need… but only if it’s an emergency.

We send the girls here for gymnastics and they enjoy the classes and the training. We did a birthday party here and had a pretty good experience. A bit pricier than I would like (and it can get hot inside), but still great for the kids.
